Prob cos thurmo had two sent off Was there last week, sendings off were last 10-15 mins. When you say decisions by both players and managers, you referring to players and managers of both sides? Would be interested to know what these were? manager off fosse discusting hoskins players just as bad it was like 2 different sittuations fosse manager started a argument by running 40 yards to celebrate in front off hoskins crowd which caused a stir . then 2 hoskins players being sent off and ref couldnt calm both sets off things decided to a-a

| CSKA Carnabys Ress 3 - 2 Dukla Hillside
We were 2 - 0 down at one stage but a great fight back to pip them 3-2
Good performance from everyone today could of gone either way but CSKA came out on top
Goals from
Dakin Phipps Walker
Good luck to Dukla some good banter on the pitch today taken in the right way

don't the players have more of a responsibility to remember its Sunday morning football and not a pub brawl? Strong ref is obviously good but even if the ref isn't strong, and not saying he wasn't, but why should he have to deal with that?

This is why when refs demand respect its very hard to give? if they allegedly say things like that, lets say perhaps to be one of the lads, you can either have respect or be one of the lads, you cant have both?

I agree, I think some refs get the respect they get by being approachable, having a laugh and actually being there to enjoy the football rather than dish out cards left, right and centre.

3 points though, can't be sniffed at. Think a few of your boys were expecting to batter us (to be fair some of our lads thought the same) We missed key chances at key moments which cost us. Disppointed to be undone by a long throw and basic stuff like following runners Pitch was very heavy and made passing pretty difficult. Best of luck to you boys would be good to see you win something this season...game played in right way not one flare up in the game which is a refreshing change!

The long throw is all they have at times! lol it was very boring and in all honesty, in my opinion, the only reason that guy is on the pitch- but wen you are struggling and you can score what I would describe as cheap goals then its a real weapon- and a fantastic thing to have in the armoury as you can never play well every week. Something we used regularly at Magna so i will never slate its uses. But LDA can and want to play football as well so fair play to them....know a lot of their lads and have a lot of time for them

| It's a brilliant weapon to have. It can also get you out of a hole when things aren't going great. If it's good enough for Tony Pulis, it's good enough for me!
Having said that, It think we've only scored 3 or 4 from throw-ins.

Good win today against a good Eagles outfit. Think we came out the blocks early and stamped our authority on the game. Got tight and closed down Eagles quickly. First half I thought we played very well and could of gone in 3 or 4 up but just the one goal separated the sides at half time. Second half Eagles came out the blocks a little quicker and managed to equalise through a free header at a corner, not happy! We then made a couple of substitutions which sparked us back into life scoring a deserved two goals to send us through.
Was Impressed with Eagles especially their two wingers, number 2 was very tricky. Your number 9 was quite queit and seemed to be very frustrated and uninterested.
P.s super stop from the Eagles keeper first half!
I think we definitely deserved the win even with a couple of big players out and we are now at 9 wins in 9! Massive game next week v's Inter Mivan! Roll on next week! A pretty decent assessement there Hebrew! For a start though, it was 100% an own goal the 3rd! And from the angle I was at, not sure if the first may have been an own goal as it definitely took a deflection off the wall. I think it would be unfair to say you stamped your authority on the game to start with, first 15 we both had some decent chances and it was end-to-end football, after that though, like you said it could have been 3 or 4 but credit to our backline who put some fantastic blocks and saves in to keep the score down. Second half we applied more pressure and the goal eventually came but you went straight up the other end and scored not too long after before a 3rd not long after that. Those are not even our 2 main wingers! One has an exam today and was unable to make it yesterday and the other one was the keeper who is a more than able deputy for myself! Vinay (Number 2) was definitely more effective when we put him out wide and we struggled at times to find the fluidity that we have usually this season, not really helped by missing our two usual wingers which meant players from other positions had to be juggled around. Micic (number 9) has not played for 3 weeks I think because of work and was lacking sharpness and perhaps some confidence too. On to next week anyway, Vicky Park rivalry with Dulka and in some ways for us its one less cup to worry about. Best of luck in the next round lads, we'll beat you eventually!!
