Banter for Sunday 13 March

Advance 3-2 Glenfield Town.Absolutely gutted to not get something from this game,we went 2 nil up probably against the run of play but advance pulled a goal back just before the half.2nd half we caught advance on the break a few times and if a couple of decisions went our way could have increased our lead,we battled on and looked like with only 15 minutes to go and advance not really having many chances but the fair amount of possesion we could get a result but advance kept the pressure on and scored the all important equaliser and 10 minutes later wheeler popped up with the winner,twice now we've ran them close but they just seem to have that winning habit against us.a great game and as always played against a good bunch of lads all the best to them in there upcoming games and hopefully we can finally get something against them in the return.

they do seem to have that knack of winning them close games sign of a good team tho in fairness never give up either and all believe in themselves

Pretty much spot on although the pitch really wasnt one to get the ball down and play which obviously suits our style of play, think both sides had a couple of good penalty shouts though, always know that playing you boys is gonna be a tough game but yesterday was probably your best chance of beating us as our squad was very deplited, having to play our injured left back up front and a keeper at right back, although he was probably our best player

It was funny the last 10 mins though after we got the third, how your keeper suddenly found the energy to get the ball back on the pitch after spending the previous 45 mins dragging every goalkick out,

Brian Morrell told you guys he would had it on,wouldn't expect any keeper to rush if there in a winning position against the champions,the penalty claims yes both had good shouts but the biggest one was in the 2nd half when paz went through and was clipped but decided to stay on is feet instead of going down which brian morrell said he would have gave if he had gone down,so when i said decisions it wasn't directly aimed at the ref,yes know you had a few out and knew we had a good chance but a decent game in the end and yeah blowy did ok at right back but he told me he was more of a forward so your place could be under threat.and in reply to greedy your spot on and that is probably why they've been so successful.

Wasnt mentioning Brian, just the attitude of your keeper and yes Id of done the same thing, think the possible penalty against me was more blatent, he even put his whistle to his mouth the only reason he didnt give it was because the ball went to our player.

As for blowy, initially he was meant to be up front with me but told us he'd be useless and would rather play at the back
