that childish niffy manager was me,just a very frustratin day when 6 lads just dont turn up. Then rhe keeper walks off with the hump. Feel sorry for the lads who turned up. Poor mick smith came to ref and had to play. Trinity are great bunch of lads and im sorry we let them down. Big dollop of humble pie from myself. Some players will be leavin niffy after thks,new ones to come in. All the fun of sunday football

Bretty all is forgiven from the trinity side of things, these things happen pre-season with players not turning up (especially after you had a club night out on saturday). But i'm sure as always Bretty come the season you will have a decent side out and turn things around.

The best bit was when he first walked off, picked his bag up, then had to do a u-turn to come back for the ball, it was a strop with a little gremlin in the middle.

Katie asked me to staw away for this one, sort of keep a low profile, someone else would be attending, as painful as it was i did agree.

Unfortunately I wasn't at this game following the night out on the Saturday. I could imagine that this is a blip and we will be going strong again in no time!!

I'll get the excuses in now - the referee was biased, the grass was too long, they played first teamers, our lads were all pissed still, we had people missing, the tape on their left back's socks was the wrong colour, we should have had a penalty, their lino was a blatant cheat, the league should've kept its sponsors happier, Harry should've got the job, the ball was made by stanno, their kit was all black on the back......

Perfect - as these excuses have already been made I've bought in 3 new rolls of pink tape to go on our black socks, I've asked all our ressies to have the night off and asked the 1st teamers to play this game, the ref has already been bought and paid for, our lino has had a cast fitted to ensure his arm is permanently raised. Harry never had a chance, the ball is made by janno(cousin of stanno), and the previous league sponsor now sponsors niffy rangers...

But with all this we'll still lose the game as we never know how to get off to a good start...

kev jones up front, finished 2nd or 3rd in the leicester sunday league last season under the name of NRI, i think they were in division 3, they wont be that clever but will do ok

Is it Adam Jones's side? He played for us for a season I thought he was something to do with one of the fairfield sides though.
