I honestly think we r going to struggle this year we only just won div 7 with a fair few poor teams in it this league looks strong for div 5 in my eyes

I heard birstall have brought a few quality players down! They could be up there dark horses

QPR Vs Wigston Rangers was a good game to watch on Sunday. Finished 4-3 to QPR with the last kick of the game... having been 3-0 down at HT.

Wigston looked strong attacking but heads seemed to down too easily and the QPR midfield looks solid.

If this division is anything like this game then it should be entertaining!

We'll be happy to compete on a week by week basis. Have had a tough pre-season and hoping that the team can start playing more as a team in weeks to come. I'll take anything from 4th-6th.

I agree that pochin do look good but wouldn't suggest they are going to go the whole season unbeaten.

Think Wigston Rangers will be in the top 3 with Dan Mitchell scoring another 35-40 goals.

Not really sure about most of the other teams as I've not seen them yet and it seems a lot of movement between clubs and new players coming in.

I don't know about that mate, I think well be similarly placed to yourselves around 5th or 6th hopefully, Looking forward to our games though always really close. 40 goals would be overly ambitious I reckon. I will aim to hit 15 first just so I can have hit 100 alliance league goals in 3 seasons.

haha there's a lot of teams coming 5/6th in this division,which is where i think we will probably finish as well

Can't begin to predict our finishing position

don't think any one can at the moment,friendlies don't tell you a lot unless a team are playing people that have definately signed.think we are gonna have to wait tell after the first few league games

Honestly couldn't predict the finishing positions for this division. It'll take a few months of the season to gauge any sense of who the contenders are.

ok fine, if everyone is after our 5th/6th place. We're going to win the league!!

Yeah lets hope so!! Should be some close games in this league. Cant see any teams running away with it as of yet - they'll always be 1 that spoils the party!

We won't know until a few games in when players have settled down a bit.

I'm guessing that they'll have quite a lot of access to some very good players, the likes of Tom Hill maybe? and players from that surrounding area, it'll be fun and worth keeping a close eye out on these, they know lots of people and lots of players, and i dont think they'll have any trouble recruiting players when they need them, and maybe for those special matches.....

Nothing against u mate i just they relyvon ur goals too much and going up two divs is a big ask

I don't think they rely on my goals anywhere near as much as people seem to think. We have a good team and I hope we will at least be top half.

We played Wigston Rangers two weeks ago certainly didn't play like they relied on Dan. Not sure what the standard is like in div 7 so can't say of its a big jump or not, still expect Dan to score goals. Humbo clearly have goals in them
