Photo Cards and central FA registration is the only way to stop it. Even then I'm sure someone would find a loop hole.......however, it is wrong and many teams turn up with a honest bunch of lads and suspended players have to watch regardless of whether or not the team is short.

In this case pure stupidity surely!! (no offence intended Danny and boys) but no other word for it, Widds & the NRI boys has openly become part of Reem's traveling contingency when they havent had a game hoping for a Reem slip up. Reem would have expected to see a crowd watching yet still played a player signed on for another side

Why on earth anyone would want to find a loop hole to cheat is beyond me, iv'e never heard the word cheating described with so many different words....in fact its quite a clever thing to do, all that organising in order to cheat, and to try and keep it under wraps, now that doesn't sound like a stupid person to me, not with all the subs they had on the sideline, a very clever person must have organised that lot.


There's plenty of teams that have been with the alliance for years and years, and they never won anything, but they haven't resorted to cheating.

Bring back the fair play awards.

Wigston were not aware of the issue. i have spoken to fozzi from ac and i don't think i am wrong in saying he would report it if he knew. And i don't think we are outsiders as we are heavily involved with reem team in the title race. if i you read you right tommy, you are saying its ok to cheat as long as the team you are playing don't mind? don't you think that teams playing illegal players should be punished?

im just saying what i think and if you had a game then you wouldnt have been there, the game was no business of yours, if you saw the saff lounge playing a team of ringers against reem team last week you certainly wouldnt have reported us and you would be saying that it isnt your business to report it as it was reem teams game, so in my opinion you should have reported it to an ac wigston member and then left it to them to deal with, you were an outsider looking for what you got and you reported it to try and pip them to the league, if it was ac wigston playing ringers with your knowledge then you would of turned a blind eye, that is why i believe outsiders have no business getting involved in other peoples games, you only reported it because it benefitted you,

talking of hypocrites didnt you say the other week that the semi final pitches thread should not of been aired on this forum, yet you love this being aired for all to see

So hypothetically speaking, "if" i came to watch your cup final tonight, and Magna Town were playing illegal players, and they won your cup final from you, would you not want me to report the illegal players or mention it to anyone? are you saying you'd be happy to let it go?

I myself saw 2 of your players standing watching the game not even kitted up,so why did you feel the need to play an illegal player?

Tommy - you say it was no business of ours, but it is because it affects our chances of winning the league. Anyway, we talked it through last night when we saw your boys out...not sure what the result was, but i vaguely remember we spoke about it haha
I dont like reporting Reem as it will probably cost them money which we all know is not easy to come by in sunday footie, but equally i dont like losing on an uneven playing field (not speaking literally there!!)
I would guess that Reem expected a tougher game after AC's recent results.

By the way, a colleague of mine played at holmes park in a cup final for another league. After a hard fought battle they lost narrowly on the night. During the summer it was investigated as the winners had fielded illegal players so when he began pre season training they were told that they were cup winners after all as the winners got removed from the competition!

Its just as well we've got poeple to watch out for wrong doings, like we all say its impossible to police even with ID cards etc...they are open to being forged, so maybe its just as well that anyone watching games or being involved does point out these possible illegals, its the best we can do at the moment, to rely on honest people to come forward, and tell us what is going on.

What he was saying was that if you had turned up and seen ringers playing for AC that day and they had beat us, you wouldn't have said anything because that was what you wanted. The comment regarding noticing ringers had already been addressed- he thinks you should mention it to the team in question, not going running off and crying to the league in order for you to get your tin pot at the end of the season. You all just seem very desperate in my eyes.

I know you will attempt to turn around and say we were the desperate ones playing illegal players in order to win. Which is a ridiculous comment- if we really wanted to win that badly we would just turn up sober and beat them rather than go out in town all night like we have to most other teams we've come across. Rich played because he'd asked if he could before i got there. One of my lads said he'd rather carry on drinking anyway so had a few beers on the side and Rich had himself a kick about.
