| Woohoo, more tips to win! I dont like to say no Trinderbox as i am not sure they did much wrong, although i only know hearsay, but i can vouch, we are no Forest Hotspurs! But we are building a cracking team and we are after the title! I am signing everyone on this Sunday, so once signed on and concrete, i will reveal our all singing, all dancing, megastar, pay at the gates team on here...and also explain the Notts WMC rumours....exciting!! Oh and Phoenix, we share our home ground with you, thus making you guys the rival scum!! |

| you wouldn't realise cus its not something you discuss with others, we've just been damn good with sponsors thats all, pothunters i doubt it, you just get where you are by playing well in previous seasons. But like you say, there will be a challenge for the title i can assure you that!!! | |

| and what are they? do share. We are in this league because of what has been achieved from last season, we have signed 2 or 3 players, but nobody special. We hope to finish above mid table at the least | |

| have to agree with phoenix there, they did have a good season last term and deserve to be where they are next season, but pothunters??? would very much doubt that, no disrespect to them but they would need a fair few new decent signings to be labelled pot hunters. Still think they will fair well in that division next season though, mid table finish would be good for their first season after promotion. | |

| pothunters lol were ambitious but note special, but until we play any matches we dont know what's in store for our humble little team, and having a decent pitch don't mean to say were pothunters, just dont like playing on pot holes and dog turd too much | |

| Calm down Phoenix!!! I was just throwing the Pothunter back at you after you slapped it on the New Road (quite annoying isnt it!!)....just having a bit of banter...currently i have no dislike for any teams in the Alliance, although give it a few games and i am sure we will find someone. |

To be honest mate I'm not sure if you have seen your new pitch at the kingfisher youth centre but we played on it for 5 years and these are the problems you will have 1st its on quite a big slope 2nd if it rains it gets boggy as f*** and if u play on it it'll be trashed for the season 3rd its in the middle of saffron lane next to neston gardens 4th you will still be playing on dog turd as the fence and wall are broken so anyman and his dog are free to walk and sh** on there lol keep it nice though and its ok!! Very nice at start of the season and used to serve us very well

| The truth is that we formed after the aforementioned lad text me and asked me to set up a new team. He decided after the first friendly to stay with Aylestone for the following reasons: 1) Our defence was poor 2) He got offered the job of helping run the Aylestone team 3) He text one of our lads (Steve Coleman) to advise him that he thought he had more chance of silverware at Aylestone
And i can assure you all the above is true. I wish Aylestone well, and i think they will win the div they (08) are in. I will also lay to rest the reports about Notts WMC....basically, the guy who was going to manage our team had an opportunity to scout for notts forest youth, he took up the offer. I then approached Malc Heggs from Notts WMC about running the team. Malc is a top bloke and cracking manager. He said he was interested, and could bring 5 Notts lads down. We have both spoken about this, and decided it wouldnt be fair on the lads we have in already if 5 places in the team just went, and also it wouldnt be fair on the division if we brought them in (you can ask Tomassi for confirmation of this as i have been chatting to him about it for weeks), this was both mine and Malcs opnion, therefore we have appointed another lad as our manager. So, i can assure you, no ex-Notts players have ever played for us, and we have no plans to sign any for the forthcoming season. Oh and reporter - the lad you mentioned, he left about a month ago, so catch up please...and as for unrest, ask Harrow Veteran if we looked like a team that didnt get on well. Hopefully the above will put people at ease that we are not pothunters, we are not in disarray (most of us are mates outside footie) and we are all looking forward to a cracking year. Now, reporter, come back with something up to date pleeeease! We are playing at Aylestone Park FC this sunday, come and watch and say hello anyone who fancies it, we wont bite!

| Gaz you are deffo no pothunter (or a superstar keeper ), and i think you deserve credit for not taking up the option to sign players that would creme division 4, instead opting for a 'mates team' plus your team spirit will be much better. Good luck for next season, I still think you have a chance of winning it, but pothunter you are not! | |

I would have to agree although there are a few other teams in that Div that I don't know anything about but based on our game with NRI I thought they were sound, we have Magna this week but I won't be there mate so wouldn't be able to comment on them, best ask 'Harrow Hotshot' what they are like. Looking forward to the game, got a few missing with holidays etc but should be good test after playing another Div 5 favourite, MDH, last week. Thanks for the tip Gattuso, we have had quite a bit of restructuring to do this season compared to last just looking for the new players to settle in- got few playing sunday i hope. Dont think people shud be ruling out the previous teams in Division 3 though- teams such as West End, LM (Bakers Arm) etc, they all finished in and around mid table and shud be favourites to be filling the top half of the table this yr- but sure oursevles and the other guys will be giving them a run for their money. and NRI loving the optimisim! should be a very competitive league and Stokes Cup
