Divison 5 Predictions 01/12/13

DIVISION 5

Countesthorpe Athletic 2012 1 v 10 FC Pochin Countesthorpe have put a few respectable perfomances in of late and seem to be finding their feet now after a tough start but Pochin will have a very comfortable day like the opening game of the season when they beat Athletic 8 -1, think they can go a couple better this time round, 10-1 to Pochin.

TrinderBox 4 v 2 Royalist Same with Trinderbox, I believe they are finding their feet now and have got a few well earned wins lately, Royalist have also shown signs of improvements but had a bad day against an impressive Vale in the Billy Walton, can see Trinderbox edging this 4 -2

United Revolution 4 v 4 Niffy Rangers Reserves Went to watch Revolution only a couple of weeks ago and thought they were fantastic, first team to beat runaway leaders Pochin and the win wasn't a fluke but the two games since must have been fairly painful, Niffy seem to be up and down at the moment and I can't seem to pick a winner with any confidence, can see a rare Div 5 draw in this.

STOKES CUP ROUND 2

Humbo 2000 10 v 0 Birstal Rangers Humbo entertain Birstal this week in the Stokes cup with their personal ref again and can see a goal blast with at least a couple of pens going their way in a demolition job, 10 zip.

BILLY WALTON ROUND 2

CSKA Carnabys Res 0 v 8 QPR Qpr travel to CSKA and on paper looks like they will also have a good morning and scoring a fair few goals to boot. 8-0 away win.

With Wigston Rangers having no fixture this week I'm sure I will end up on the sideline of someones game, where ? not decided yet.

Ha ha, Translated that means if he hasn't awarded a penalty or two.

I shouldn't complain really as my own personal ref has been allocated for our Stokes game, My mate from work is the ref, how's ya luck eh

DIVISION 5

Countesthorpe Athletic 2012 2 v 5 FC Pochin. Pochin are a class side- like I have said before best team we have played and that was with 10 men! Countesthorpe improved since they played us, Jordan Small seems to have returned which gives them some firepower but dont expect them taking any points here

TrinderBox 2 v 2 Royalist- Both average sides in terms of this division can see it been a stalemate.

United Revolution ? v ? Niffy Rangers Reserves Injuries have absolutley killed us this season but we owe Niffy one after we outplayed them for long spells in previously fixture but they were clincial and walked away with the three points. Next 4 games are massive for us to start putting pressure on the pothunters at the top. Hoping for a big three points.

STOKES CUP ROUND 2

Humbo 2000 4 v 1 Birstal Rangers In the same division last year, Humbo hitting a bit of a glitch at the minute but fully expect them to progress into the next round pretty comfortably.

CSKA Carnabys Res 1 v 4 QPR High league team to win comfprtbaly here

The same manager that runs this side now,Tom Wright, used to run a very good outfit some years ago in the alliance, i do think that they were unbeatable back then?...anybody?
