Harrow finished 4th division 5 now in 7 am i missing something as the same lads are there by and large???
or are they? Is it a new harrow??

it's a completely different side according to an earlier thread on here

ok ive heard not completely new but fair enough ive just seen the new divisons and there are some strange decisions

Greetings from the new harrow we are a new team under the harrow name . We are made up of mostly players with little or no experience at mens level so this season will be a learning curve for a few of the younger lads and some of the not so fit grown folk lol but we are looking forward to the season none the less hope this sorts out some of the confusion with us being in div 7. Cheers

funny enough the harrow wookie were the same couple of ok lads but more of a load of m8s that wanna game sunday mornings were getting called pot hunters 2 lol we wish will hold r own but unless we signed 7 or 8 better lads mid table looks ok but hoping improve over next few seasons few of r lads still young 2 may b bit physical 4 em

You can never tell with new teams. Could walk it or get blown away. I was surprised at the standard of div 7 last year, had several good teams. I'm hoping the standard has dropped this year and we walk it!

we are lks m8 will not walk it 4 sure like some people r saying on here will compete maybe mid table not really sure wat sort of standard teams r in div 7

the team who we lost 13-3 to had prem players playin for them...they had a quality team..we did well to score 3 past em..ive joined fccol this season...made some good signings and expect us to do well

Does my head in reading teams moan about losing, yes we all want to win, but there's got to be teams that finish near the bottom. We were there last year, and stuck it out not just sulking and quitting like many it seems. So many just can't face a challenge.

You can't tell too much from pre season, either teams aren't at full strength or have trial lists/ringers who won't feature once the season starts. Won't have an idea of ones to beat in this div until at least 5 weeks in.

I'm CSKA Carnabys 2nds boss this year after just playing last year, hoping for a top 10 finish!!!!!

Best of luck to you boys (except v us of course), right spirit and right attitude will go a long way, and I bet you'll do better than many predict.

cheers cska , theres no way we will quit the league if we have a bad season we will be around for many years to come. Are first season is going to be tough but we are all looking forward to it. hope you have a good season mate see you in the league soon

Ha ha, busted straight away. I would hope top half as a minimum, squad looks a lot stronger, I'm not one to count my chickens though, I know players go AWOL and ruin plans so we'll see.

Im rooting for Friar Lane in division 7, great work ethic and attempt to play football in the right way. I hope they have a more successful season than last!

Not sure bout countesthorpe mate but jus seen cska sporting are in our div!!! Dunno how that is cuz they come 2nd last year and were well too good for this division. Is it a different team as i thought they folded anyway?
