God damn, when I see it set out like that, that is one mother of a fixture list.

Div 1 looks even harder set out in fixtures than they do stacked up on top of each other, or is it just me. Ha ha.

For the record Helly, I know this is not the actual first fixture list unless you are Gordon is disguise.

I'm being a bit naughty, but i can get a lot of inside information when i want to, especially involving the fixtures, and you can take it from me, i think these are your first games.

I'm being serious when I say I really think people are expecting too much from us we arent going to be that good!! Yes we've got in theory some good players but some are getting on a bit! Some just coming back from long term injury!! We looked really rusty on weds night and a bit all over the shop

I thought azzurri looked good the other nite but u could tell it was their 1st game. Much stronger 2nd half and showed a lot of strength to overhaul their opponents after being behind for quite some time. One thing that did stand out though was how good harboro hotshots looked, and I am tipping them for a title

He's a very good goalkeeper too, believe it or not.

yeah Widds is right, usually Centre Mid but can play anywhere, played at the back against us last season and he played up top for them on Sunday in a friendly i think from the few minutes i saw, very good player was at Quorn last year think he's at Grantham or Tamworth this year so is giving Sundays a miss.... Hotshots will miss him and we had a chat with him too but wants to concentrate on his Saturdays, shame as would have been a great addition to our squad

no ash did not play the other night so credit to the rest of our lads. (we were missing 3-4 usual starters too)

he only plays with us as he is good mates with the vast majority of our team - not a player we can rely on as he has other commitments which we totally respect.

we won't miss him if he doesnt sign on(personally not heard that), he has only played a handful of league games for us and we have 4-5 quality players who play in the middle.

I didn't mean it as a critisism, any side would miss a player of that quality........

Yes you do have some quality players and i'd expect you to be challenging towards the top of the table with or without him, with him though probably give that little extra in a title push?

fair enough if he does sign he is also mates with most of our side hence our interest but he said no due to Saturday commitments this season.

He gets paid to play he's that good, scrappy garage used to pay him, i doubt you'll get him to play for free every week.
