Shot straight from kick off

What is the ruling on shots straight from the kick off ????????

My understanding is that the ball as to be touched forward at least a balls circumferance (thats one fulll turn of the ball) before the other player shoots, not like a NPE player did today and shot without any one else touching the ball.

the law is that the ball is in play as soon as the ball moves forward ,,,doesnt have to move a full circumference ( that got taken out a couple of years ago) and you can score directly from a kick off

You can shoot soon as the whistle goes then, without another person touching it.

Yes you can shoot from the kick off,ive seen a few try it but no one has got near yet!!!
