Right then,, IFAB are meeting again on Saturday to discuss laws of the game and stuff. The short of it is, if approved, the following will be law:

You can only receive treatment (be stretchered off, etc) if a foul has been committed against you. (This is to stop certain countries (see Portugal, Italy) faking cramp) If no foul or challenge was committed then you have to hobble off yourself!!

If 2 players on the same team collide and receive treatment then they may both return to the field of play before the restart.

A discussion regarding feinting before taking a penalty is to be discussed. May be outlawed.

A discussion regarding whether, for denying a clear goalscoring opportunity, that a red card, penalty and suspension is too much of a penalty for the offending player.

Discussions about the use of the 4th official regarding decision making

Discussions about the extra officials in the europa league

Some goal line technology stuff

oh, and clubs are now allowed to have team logos on their corner flags. nice.

not sure if they will have to hobble off themselves, I think they will be allowed a trainer on but will have to leave the field of play as they do know, the change being talked about is if you are fouled or you clash with one of your own team then you will be allowed to receive treatment on the pitch and not have to leave the field of play before a restart. think this law change will be welcomed by a lot of people in football.
