| The first team to be recommended for Alliance Membership for the 2016-17 season is Horse & Trumpet FC
A name which will be well known to many in the Wigston area
We have more teams to interview and a number of other enquiries from new and existing clubs are in the pipeline
If you are aware of any new or existing team who may be considering applying to the Alliance for the 2016-17 season, or at this stage merely requires information on how to proceed, please steer them in the direction or either Morley or myself

| I can recommend AFC Sporting Charnwood - Very committed group always able to put a side out at a decent standard, would think division 1 or 2 for them | |

| AFC Sporting Charnwood have made it to the final of the Sunday County League Final this weekend, suspect they are a higher standard than Div 1/2 | |

| Nice to see you've not gone barmy with to many new teams this time round . Charnwood and Coalville will be day trips. Who has gone from last season? Hope your just going to shuffle our leagues around rather than have a load of late newbies? | |

Don't know about Lodge but the other two Birstall & Coalville are existing Charnwood sides (div 1 and 2 of the Charnwood - your guess is as good as mine as to what that means in Alliance)

As it stands I believe the league have received notice to leave from 17 teams with just 6 coming in so far. Some of the 17 will change there minds no doubt
