Yes - the scheduled D6 fixture - NPE v Pollards Crusaders on 4 December will need to be postponed to allow priority to County Competitions.

I am sure James will look at D5 and determine whether St Marks can get a fixture.

did St Marks beat NPE and if so what was the score anybody please

St Marks 3 NPE 1 was the result, but St Marks were subsequently removed (by County FA) from the Competition for fielding an Unregistered Player

Does that mean NPE get re-instated or just a bye for someone in the next round?

NPE reinstated

NPE's manager signed the orange form and said it would be alright..... we are a new team and so is are secutary we did not no we would be kicked out for it :s

can you sign a player on the morning of an ew fosters game?

without double checking the rules - I'd say probably but please check!

Although I am certain that if he has played in any other AL Cup competition this season (such as Arthur Moore etc) then he will be cup tied

Yes - the EW Foster Cup is an Alliance competition - so the usual maximum of 3 players on the morning, countersigned by your opponents.

As always, ensure they are not suspended - or many ££££ to County FA

It is a County Competition Rule that players must be registered by midnight Thursday, prior to a Sunday County Competition game.

Would he not only be cup tied if he had played in the EW Fosters cup for someone else? as there have been no games so far wouldn't he be clear to play and only cup tied in the cups where he has represented someone else?

If he had played for the club he was leaving in the Bill Walton Cup he would be cuptied and cannot play for his new club in that competition,

If he had played for the club he was leaving in the Arthur Moore, EW Foster Cup, or Stokes he would be cuptied and cannot play for his new club in any of those competitions.

If he hasn't played for the club he was leaving in a cup competition he is not cup tied and therefore eligible to play.

A player signing immediately prior to a game, must be a newly registered player in the League and cannot possibly be cup tied - players only change clubs by transfer.

However - an exception

Going even deeper - I suppose a situation could arise where a player was signed on prior to a game who previously played for a club which had resigned with the player clearing his share of any debt and therefore having his registration with the resigned club cancelled.
He could sign for a new club prior to a game (not a transfer in this case as the first registration is cancelled) , but be cup tied with the resigned club - so perhaps it is always on the safe side to check.

When a club resigns, it is the results that are expunged - not the fact that games have taken place - players who have appeared in those games or even committed a discipline offence in those games will still have that fact recorded against them.

It's a simple game?

....... but only when moving to a more senior team in the same club.

If you have played in one of these three cups for one team, you cannot then play for another club in any of these three competitions. This applies even if your original club has since resigned.

At the end of the day it's up to the Secretary of the team signing the player on to find out. just ask, thats wat the league officers r there for

you can do it in the league we just though it would be the same for cups. stupid rule if you ask me. language wilksy im offended by that kick em out the cup :O haha
