| Can we have one of these at Holmes Park to raise money for the poor lads at Saffron Lounge. As you all tuck into your Friday night fish supper, spare a thought for those less fortunate, and let's do something about it.
The lads at Saffron don't really have jobs, and as they all still live with their parents, pocket money is the club's main source of revenue.
Which is why I propose the Charity Shield game to raise money for Saffron Lounge to allow them to pay MDH the £160 for numbers on the brand new shirts that are being offered to them for free.
£9 a year may not seem a lot to most of us, but for the Saffron Boys, it's a 6 pack of WKD, 10 Mayfair and a packet of chewing gum (so that their mum's can't smell fags and booze off them, and invade they get lucky with a young lass wearing a Lonsdale sweatshirt).

| the lad who gives you stick probably earns more money than most of your team and a couple of others run their own businesses, i run the team and i dont expect my players to pay for every part of it, thats why this club has a sponsor, who i also dont like to ask for money all the time to pay for this that and the other, i run the club on my own (with a little help from the lad who supplied the pitch) and i am more than proud of what my players managed to achieve in their 1st season, all done from nothing by me, what have you achieved mr carnabys ? i actually started this club about 2 weeks before the season started and i just guessed that i would get the players, we had 1 pre season friendly, how many turned up ? 6. i played at 38 a couple of others played who havent kicked a ball in the league for us all season and we got hammered by a terrible team, (i even think your club could beat them) so that sums up the saff lounge. what did we achieve ? COUNTY CUP WINNERS, LEAGUE CHAMPIONS and stokes cup semi finalists, now lets have a look at what your club achieved, OH DEAR you actually got beat by a team wearing their UNDERPANTS and never got involved in the title race in any way, shape or form but hey, werent you well organised
i take it you are the manager, captain, free kick and penalty taker, the one who wouldnt get a game for any other side in any division, so you did what you had to and started your own team up becuse lets face it you deserve a game cus you love football, fairplay to you lad, we lost our last 2 footballs when we beat EFC to win the league, im just vwondering if there is any chance of you donating us a few of your footballs, cus lets face it, you have about 50 and we dont have the money to buy any more, why do you have 50 footballs ? is it to make sure the manager, captain, free kick and penalty taker gets a touch ? i tell you what, next season you can take goal kicks to

Bravo... Bravo... £9 for 6 WKD a pack of Mayfair and some chewing gum? Ain't you heard of Bargain Booze? Saying that its probably a bit dearer at Waitrose I guess? They wouldn't let me in there with my Lonsdale tracksuit on so I tried to send my girlfriend in there, but as you already know, she too owns a Lonsdale tracksuit and had similar problems attempting store entry. I can confirm the facts in your above post are 100% true. I can also confirm another fact, you dare not print that post out onto a sheet of crystal clear A4 from your lovely multi-functional Xerox office printer in Canary Wharf (I assume you're an MD of a FTSE 100 company in the Big Smoke?) and read it out in its entirety in the middle of the Saffron Lounge. Unless you would like to offer such a performance, and prove me wrong? I can confirm you are scared of doing this. Anyway, my manager has already made the offer but its hear for everyone to see, our offer to you... Pre-season friendly, at your ground? Your 3 potential responses and my conclusions on them... 1. Do not reply - you may take this option so nobody sees you bottle the challenge, good idea but I know for a fact you will read this. You live for this site even though, as chubby rightly points out, you are a pointless poster from a pointless team. And by me predicting this option it kind of defaults you as a bottler, so your next two choices are.... No - If you turn the friendly then you are confirming that your post above include comments you dare only make behind a computer smoke screen, whats known in the industry as a cyber-weirdo... a true bottler, bit like you on the pitch. Yes - We will once again, defeat you in our pants I have already prepared your response... "CSKA Carnabys - Sorry mate can't play you lot, we've already played you twice and the smell was bad enough first time we can't have that Saffron stench back on our park again. I seen you lot having your end of season party outside the job centre Tuesday morning, you were doing the congo to the off licence with your dole money to buy some special brew to sneak into the Goose pub! Also can you stop hanging around the bins outside our office on Charles Street, eating the left overs from my smoked salmon and soft cheese bagels, the real homeless people have nothing to eat now. If you want to eat then go and see your girlfriend at that burger van she works at outside B&Q, I'm sure she can slip you a free hot dog, and if you're really thirsty you could always lick the grease she's got dripping off her face. And if you're really struggling for money next year why don't you try and get Cabrini or Mckenzie to sponsor you, you spend enough money on their tracksuits" Thats probably better than most of your ones mate so I'll let you use it and we won't tell anyone Kind regards Joey P.s. I would love to challenge you to 3 things 1. I earn more money than you 2. I am significantly more educated than you 3. I am considerably better looking than you Another pointless post from another pointless club, sorry chubby, had to put this mug in his place.

| "Own me", how long did it take you to sit-in behind your computer typing that long winded post? And I bet you enjoyed the part where you pretended to be me!
Takes it a bit personally doesn't he?
Anyway, about this preseason friendly, I'm up for it, they were both close matches last season so will be a good game. I'll just need to clear it with the rest as I'm not in charge of organising matches. We'd either have to do it at your place tho or Loughborough Uni, as we don't get our pitch until the end of August.
And if you earn so much money, for God sake spend the £160 or whatever it is for shirt printing. Those MDH guys are proper sound and are doing you a hell of a good deal! Don't insult the league sponsors

Pre-season friendly can't wait.
Its not personal, I just like to oust bottlers.
I've got better things to spend £160 on.

| I have been watching this online feud from a distance for some time now, I happened to see the infamous pant performance by saff lounge, the carnabys opening goal was tight but I couldn't tell from where I was standing at the other end of the field but the goal carnabys did score in the second half was miles off side so I guess it evened up?, regardless it was a good finish by hayley cropper! Carnabys and mr Essex keep the banter going please | |

Not far off the mark mate, we are after a striker after losing Darren Bailey and possibly Steve Coleman, leaves us light, however, from what i know, we definitely havent signed anyone or approached anyone from a prem side, however, Sean Ramkissoon and Earl Murray who only played about 20 games between them have agreed to sign and play regularly, which probably means Dave Ilnicki as a goal getter. So no new striker there bud, just one out of our ranks. As for the keeper, we are actually signing someone possibly better than most prem keepers, however, he plays in goal on Saturdays for a Saturday Senior league side, Sunday is his fun and he wants to play on the pitch for us. As things stand, it looks like we will be bringing three players in to replace those that have left, but i can assure you that other than the keeper who is playing on pitch, there is nobody being signed at the moment.... Who you hear that from bud?
