Sporting blue was without doubt the best paper for local grass roots football

The blue is no more the mercury is the way forward....... The way to improve the content and increase the coverage of the alliance league is to buy the paper, Monday for the results sections (still the alliance league has the biggest Sunday presence!), Wednesday for round ups and reports and keep an eye on other days for pics!!!!! And then and this is the important bit send the editor a letter with constructive comments on how much you enjoy the Sunday league coverage but how it could be improved / increased!!!!!

They're like a bunch of old women, keep on going on and on and on, bring back the blue,get over it, its gone.
