CONGRATULATIONS Fairfield Athletic!!!

I for one would just like to congratulate Fairfield Athletic on gaining their 1st ever point today in the alliance league, it is quite obvious to see that they shouldn't be in division 3 but they have kept going (unlike some in the past) and have finally got their reward!!!

i reckon its worth a mention. People are quick enough to p*** and whinge on here about teams folding and how it messes up their season, so credit where its due.

Fair enough to the team for not wrapping it...but they aint the first or last team to struggle!

Agree they are the first nor the last, but from what I've heard they go about things the right way and deserve credit for the point

Unlike some other teams they clearly have the long term in their sights and will regroup next year in the correct division

good times never felt so gooooood.

We played them a couple of weeks ago and although we played bad they could if quite easily had a point that day so Congratulations to them for finally getting it after being put in a league too high for them
