looking forward to it, i don't think your league position is a reflection of the teams ability and expect you to climb the table - the game a few weeks ago could of gone either way like you say until you had a man sent off, shame we got drawn together.

Half Moon from the Melton League. Can not find any information about this league or how good they are doing in there league. Into thee unknown we go.....

Looks like most of the Alliance Teams avoided each other.

L K United (Vase) are apparently last years's Trophy winners - Office Update.

yep, luckily i haven't been needed since September a couple of others have given it a go since though- thought i was going to have to put the gloves on again this week but luckily our top scorer forgot to turn up until half time so i got a reprieve as we needed a forward

There appears to be no reason why they have folded if they have. They were top of the melton league and won there 3rd round tie only last week.

lk utd have a handfull off office update players from last yr but are mainly joined up by a few lads from the old vodka f.c !!!
also looking forward to our tie with fc tumar should be interesting roll on jan 13th

yes matey we had 2 tough lc ties vs addies and st matts dynamo in our group losin both 6-4 too addies and 4-1 to st matts mind u we was down to 10 men vs st matts after 5 mins

We'll still give them a good go, excellent opportunity for us to reach the semis. Had a fairly comprehensive scouting report from my man widds about cross keys! Looking forward to the game and hoping we can keep the alliance league flag flying in the intermediate cup

haven't played you boys but think you Will win, like malc says, best team we have played, but, i think we could have beaten them if we had Dave ilnicki at the back and earl in centre, but we had a few players out.

The year we left the LSL we finished above them by 1pt in the league so know played them a lot last few years.We also lost to them this year in the county cup AET when they equalised with the last kick of the game in normal time which was annoying.

If they have their full squad they have pace on the wings and are strong up front. Big lad who is physical and Daniel Concannon (think thats his name, his dad plays at the back/runs the team) both can score goals. They play very physical but if you get infront they have a tendency to argue and get frustrated. Put pressure on them at the back and keep tight to their strikers and they are def beatable.

They have a short Ginger lad ( very unfortunate) at the back called Tommo! I'd say he'd be there weak link! He's quick but goes to sleep alot!

They most certainly are a Melton Sunday League side.

I am not aware of the current situation but up to a number of weeks ago they had a 100% playing record

we played Egerton Park in the shield last season, a couple of handy lads going forward but were poor at the back, think we won 7-4 or something like that
