| Premiership 1. ADVANCE COURIERS Still the team to beat and whoever finishes above them wins the league 2. STAR & GARTER Will push Advance (and the others) all the way and Himan’s goals will see them go close
Division 1 1. NRI By all accounts they have strengthened, and they have a strong winning mentality at the club. I see their consistency as the key to them winning the division 2. FC AZZURRI Think they will go close in their first season, I take them to chase home NRI 3. LEICESTER FOXES Would have held their own in the Premiership this year, but still a strong bet for promotion
Division 2 Not including Polska’s chances in this as don’t want to tempt fate! So… 1. AYLESTONE 2012 Don’t like listening to rumour so loath to tip them (only 2 of the ‘star’ players mentioned all summer have so far signed on) but if the club resembles anything like Robinson’s Garage then they should be strong enough to do a Foxes 2. HUNCOTE SUNDAY Showed their class last year with their run to the Billy Walton Final, and having added to the squad I fancy them to go close
Division 3 1. ST MARKS Will romp Division 3 and go on from last year. Club on the up with a winning mentality, it will start getting serious next season…! 2. SEATON Should do well in Div 3, calibre of players suggests they will more than thrive in this division
Division 4 1. HARBOROUGH HOTSHOTS One of the most consistent sides last season, play for each other and strong going forward. My tip to win Div 4 2. NPE Will renew their rivalry with Hotshots from last season, I think they might just be pipped for the title based on what I have seen in the summer
Division 5 1. HUMBERSTONE 2000 Always a threat with Gifford up front, his goals worth a 10 point start. I think they will storm this division 2. WIGSTON RANGERS Have goals in them with Dan Mitchell up front, but also have plenty of other talented players in their ranks, can’t see them not finishing in the top two.
Division 6 1. INTER MIVAN Strong summer for them and they have impressed a lot of people, will be a force going forward, and more than capable of keeping things tight at the back 2. SPORTING BIRSTALL Have seen a lot of them in the summer, and they are a good, young side full of attacking intent. Slight worry that inexperience will cost them in some games, but they will score plenty of goals and will be entertaining to watch this year
Division 7 Know next to nothing about this Division, so a bit of a stab in the dark: 1. THE HARROW 2. FRIAR LANE

theres a reason for that mark, how do you think they managed to get downgraded from 1 to 2, you will soon see who starts signing for them once the season starts | |

| ha ha wouldn't be the biggest surprise in the world would it? let's hope they can't afford their pitch fees then because doubt the star players would pay their way or am I wrong? | |

| Birstall been struggling with some games pre season because of numerous injuries to key players and work commitments. Only had 11 players for most friendlies and even then some of those players were friends of players who played so we didn't have to cancel. Still got a few missing injured on Sunday, but also got some quality coming back. See what happens on Sunday, carn't wait. Cheers for the comments mark. | |
