they luked quite a decent team wen i watched em..they must of got more new players than the 3 i mentioned cus they where dire last season and i dint see half the players that where there playin for em last seaon..if the same players that i saw playin for em in that match ave signed on they will ave gud season defo..shaun riley 40+ easy and maybe dale up there aswell if he plays up top wit shaun..they'll terrorise div 7..defo pothunters though lol

Nathan Rutter in Div 5, after 6 goals in 2 games I'm suggesting he might have 30-40 goals in him this season.

A very good player rutter the nutter, i still think dan mitchell will top div 5.

Rutter is a gud player,shame he dont have the personality to go with it will bag a few tho, not as gud as dan mitchell

He has signed for a great team in niffy rangers!! 2nd season with us and couldn't imagine him going anywhere else.

He wont be in jail either, unless he has a pending court case that I'm unaware of.

A lad coming in for us (friar lane, div 7) in November who's just hit top goal scorer in the london uni leagues despite playing centre mid

he's a lot better than this standard but we've got him anyways (family ties!!), and he's not your typical uni player who won't be able to handle the physical side of the sunday league

hopefully we can get him some decent service cos it didnt happen last season

Id like to clarify I'm not calling fccol pothunters but the term has been banded about on this forum. I know nothing of their potential new signings and if anything it makes div 7 more competitive.

No they were Friar Lane in division 6 last season and got relegated. Good bunch of lads.

I dont think he's backing 'pothunters' as i dont think we'll pissed the league!! We played a few friendlies so far and we are looking a lot better than last year but in them we lost to inter mivan 5-2, LKS 13-3 and thurmaston ressies 2-0 so still some work to do. I am looking forward to this season tho and expect us to be up there but there will be a few surprise teams like there were last year. The new signings weve made aint jus lads that can play football, were jus a group of mates hoping to do well. Im hoping yourselves and blaby have a bettter season as well cuz know one likes to see teams lose week in week out like we did last year. Even tho we was losing fair play to the lads as we was still having 14/15 turn up to get thumped 10-0. I think thats why dan is wishing us a better season this year

Having lost our top scorer from last season to a new job we are excited to announce a new potential signing that we feel could potentially score 25+ next season. Won't say a name yet as I don't want him to be poached by another team until he's signed on the dotted line! Let's just say, he is big, built like a rugby player, rapid, not afraid to get stuck in and has cracking technique, what more do you need for a classic CF?

pothunters are newly formed teams, not teams like fccol who have had a bad season and are just trying to improve the side.
just as we are after finishing 3rd from bottom 2 seasons running, nobody wants to get spanked every week.
the whole point of joining the league is to try and improve your team season on season and attempt to finish in as high a division as
possible,if you happen to sign 3/4 quality players at the same time and get promoted from your division then that's good management or good luck but not pothunting
pothunters fold in a high division and reform in a much lower division with the sole intention of winning trophies
it's usually the same groups of players/managers every season
which really amounts to blatant cheating ain't that right hellboy

Fair play for your response I see what you're saying. I was merely saying that the term pot hunter had been used and a lot are backing you lot to p*** the league. I do have some respect for your lads continuing as I know how hard it was some weeks to even get 11 lads to turn up. Hard season, hOping this one is easier!

We finished bottom of division 7 last year. We're trying to rejuvenate the side this season cos we lacked any pace at the back, and despite having some good players, they were too young and not capable with dealing with tougher players

I know u wernt pal, like i said i dont think we will p*** the league at all. Tbf looking at the league this year i think div 7 looks very close, last year humbo, afc sportng and wigston rangers were too good for our league but this time is mostly the teams we had last year with 1 or 2 added and 1 or 2 relegated. Jus hoping to get a decent start and push on from there.

Hooray, at last, someone who understands my innermost thoughts, we could all name and shame the real culprits, how they never get embarrassed or ashamed, is beyond my sportsman like nature, the swines, you usually find they're ugly and have no girlfriends, thats why they have to stick together like a bunch of warthogs.

Adam Blanchard and Liam Read will get goals for fun in division 3 if they both play week in week out

when joachim scored you're right Goalie long time ago but tell you what the sunday league standard was far harder than it is now and most of todays teams in divisions 2 - 7 would have been pissed on by yesteryear

watch out for a lad named Jaseem Khamkar. div 7 with CFA
