| No, have talked about maybe boxing training or other random stuff for fitness, not sure if we'll do it as a club or just leave to individuals | |

| As a club there is only so much you can do on fitness in my opinion. To have a considerable impact on fitness, you require much more than a couple of hours a week and because of that,
I think too much emphasis on fitness at training is a waste of time that could spent on the ball and trying to create a better understanding between players. If we could all train three evenings a week then fitness would be high on the list of things to work on but with just one, occassionally two, sessions per week, fitness is something we'll encourage individuals to work on in their own time.

I heard kajima tried that last year! Didn't work though!. Training is woeful but not having kicked a ball for about 6 weeks some needs to be done.

| I think it only seems to be lower division sunday sides that train!! Think its because as you get higher the players are already training at least once sometimes twice a week for their saturday side!! Ridiculous to ask those lads to train another night and play sunday! | |

Running around doing miles and miles is over rated, get ya team on the lash !!! Training was delayed at uplands Park yesterday after a mysterious white substance was found on the grass. After closer inspection, and forensic testing, the results came back. the substance unfamiliar to NRI forwards was, in fact, the goal line......
