Council pitches...

Afternoon all,

We are a new team (Mark J Ress FC or MJR for short..) and recently contacted LCC for posibility of using a pitch at either Knighton or Victoria park, but...

After a couple of emails to them providing all details etc, nothing has been said about when we would find out if and where we have been allocated a pitch.

Anyone have any ideas on when it is likely that they would let us know? Or should I be chasing this now

you have to with councils!!

It is important that you make contact with our Fixtures Secretary, James who liaises on behalf of Alliance clubs with City Council. You will find his contact details on the Alliance website

If you put on your registration form that you wanted a council pitch then I'm sure James will be on to it......he'll try to get you your preference, but he's usually pretty good at assigning pitches. Drop him a message

Thanks for all advise, ill send an email to James to let him know our position then, aswell as giving the council a friendly poke!
