play offs?

Looking ahead it is looking increasingly likely that our division will be wrapped up by the end of march, mostly thanks to the good weather this winter.

I was wondering if it would be possible to introduce some sort of play off system which could also extend the season whilst giving teams something yet to play for.

Just a thought and was wondering about other peoples thoughts on the idea.

would be good if it was possible to implement but too many factors would make it impossible to manage.
