County Cup Semi-Finals

Any idea when the draws will be made for the next round of the County cup?

Also, are the semi's to be played at neutral grounds this season or not?

There is a County Competitions meeting scheduled for Wednesday evening - so all should become clear.

It now looks as though the draw will be made live on Radio Leicester on Tuesday 18th at about 6.45pm. If this is confirmed, you will be able to watch it for yourself at Holmes Park

It says the 14th of Jan on the FA website.

That was the intention I believe.

The current position is that there are some outstanding Round 4 ties to play. The County FA normally try to broadcast the Semi Final draw live on BBC Radio Leicester. As The County FA need to fit in with their availability, and with their resources now being committed to the Leicester City replay on 19 January, it seems that 18 January is now seen as the apprpriate date.

Leicester game is on the 18th (live on ESPN)

So I see, from the FA website - that has been changed in the last 24h and the Leeds replay switched from Tuesday to the Wednesday too.

We await revised news from the County FA then - here is an extract from their email yesterday.

We will therefore be holding the competitions committee meeting on Tuesday 18th January at 7pm (unless advised) in the Sportsmans Lounge
