Star and Garter Club Statement

I think that we should be explained before too many dummies get thrown about. We are nothing to do with ADVANCE. I (tony maisto) decided to put this team together because i'm not motivated for the serious side of football anymore. I've not asked anyone apart from Dean forty (48 and half) to sign. Yes Keiran and Lee Linnet( actually works in the pub) are signing thats where it ends. I personally asked the league not to put us any higher because we don't know what we'll be like. Our proposed back 3 for next year totals 120 years old, hardly world beaters. We have 3 lads that have hardly kicked a ball in 10 yrs and someone who couldn't get in polska's reserves. If this worries other teams i think you should take up another hobby.

yeah, who do you have to personally ask about divisions as i think i may of asked the wrong two :-Z

Good luck in attempting a new challenge after what was very successful years with Advance.

We will see what the season brings - right now its all speculation and only you know your squad capabilities and the league isnt stupid - if they felt you are pot hunters they would have put you higher up.

Seems a bit strange to me that he is no longer motivated in the serious side of football.Having partially retired in the last year,he then was quite happy to start playing again for Advanvced Couriers, and then played in all of there 3 finals at Holmes Park less than 6 weeks ago?

pothunter was my name last year when i came out of retirement to play for the 9th year for advance, I don't think i need to go and play in Div 3 to win trophies, others might. the stokes cup or fosters whatever doesn't really bother me. Think our kit is orange but still to be confirmed

No arguements here, I hope division three is crap so we don't get relegated. My statement was to stop rumours and the league getting unwanted greif for no apparent reason. I don't really care what happens in the lower leagues just as long as we have a laugh.

Note; Danny Spencer and Simon Goodman signed last night

this statement seems rather false now

Heres some instructions for the league.

1) Ring up Tony
2) Ask whether these allegations are true, as Pot hunter himself is said to be Tony.
3) If they are true, pull your finger out your arse and sort you "provisional leagues" out!!

Whats wrong with playing a 48.5 year old, West end ressies play a 49 year old in centre midfiels along side a 36 year old.

If I know pothunter or tony as he says he is,,then he is one of the most honest players that sunday football has, and I think that pothunter name is a blast at those who slag those sort of guys off,,,,have reffed tony quite a few times and probably booked him more than he would have liked but always the first to come up and shake your hand and then say what he thinks you done wrong,,,,give me players like him every time,,,accepts what you give him and expects you to accept what he gives you ,,,,

Curious who couldn't get in Polska's reserves as they had a bare 11 on a fair few occasions last season

I cant believe your all biting, anyone who knows Mr Maisto knows he is on the wind up with these players. He loves a good wind up, just look at his user name. Why would someone who has won pretty much everything on a sunday morning there is to win at the highest level, need to go down to div 3 to win trophies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
