Div 7 - most overrated/underrated players/teams!

Who would you say is the most overrated teams/players and most underrated team/players in div 7?

Overrated - CSKA carnabys. Saying it before the majority get there. Proper keenos. Training jackets? Behave! Cones? Come off it lads whats all that about?!!!!

Underrated - countesthorpe - cant wait for there first win. It will be monumental. Hopefully they can go on a promotion push

Most underrated: mark Allen, James field, mark Norman. These wouldn't look out of place playing division 2 and above. Cfa had a quality centre midfielder who was big, strong and good on the ball who I haven't heard much praise about.

Most overstated: bulwellian - he came to me promising 25 goals this season, he's only scored one ha ha. Erm a few overrated in this division who were expected to rip it up and score 5 everyweek but haven't, so won't mention names as don't want to cause an argument.

Overrated - Wigstons pitch!! Not sure how they'll fulfill their fixtures!!!

I'm not sure its rated by anyone purely as nobody has played on it in eons! Poor Wigston Fields they'll still be playing this seasons fixtures when we are in next season

Most overrated is our pitch, top quality pitch, never waterlogged or anything lmao.

Underrated has to be the Kyle lad from harrow, too player, scores goals gave 100% both Times we played them! Top lad as well!

Mark Norman....as in the little lad from wigston???? Have a word with yourself....he is dreadfull...almost painfull to watch him play

Well p**sed off, hardly played for 3 months..........the pitch would be playable and does it matter if it cuts up?? Thats what playing Sunday mornings is all about...good, bad and ugly pitches.........a good leveller for teams! Was really looking forward to this game as it was the best game I have been involved in at your gaff, intense closely fought and both trying to play football.

underated- couple of harrow lads. good players just not getting results
overated- rest of harrow! kinda felt sorry for the lads who could play, some of the lads shouldnt be on pitch

Everyone has bad days and to lose by that margin to a team of CFA's supposed class is no shame. We haven't played them yet but in recent seasons CSKA reserves have conceded 12 against Humbo 2000, 10 against CSKA Sporting and 11 against Wigston Rangers last season (we only had 10 men, and three of them had never played XI a side before)

I personally haven't played the plough yet I missed the first fixture as I ran leicester marathon but I do look forward to the return at your place. I heard you dominated first 20 and scored three goals then it evened up. Then we dominated you second half but could only muster the single goal.

Interested for next weeks fixtures. CSKA reserves desperate for a home fixture so we can actually play, barring no snow!

I can see why people would think this now being in the position we are and we do have 2 or 3 decent players as all the sides we play against have but when I started the side it was for me and a group of mates to have a game every week that's all.
I played div 6 for harborough hotshots against wigston rangers,west end, kibworth fc etc and we had some good players but still finished 3rd so taking that into account I thought div 7 would be our limit and a mid table finish would be tops but we've gelled well and enjoy it which has helped us. In any league find a good goalscorer ull do well and McKenna has been that man for us. If a load of 30-35 year old lads getting together on a Sunday is what u want to call pot hunting then ur very much mistaken. So pot hunters no but we are loving every minute of it at the mo

Wouldn't say mr collymore is biting id say he was stating the truth, i mean the term pot hunting is used as a way to deflect the fact your jealous of someone else success, i understand that some people love football but struggle to play it and its that reason they become bitter and make silly comments, everyone wants to win, every player in every team from the bottom to the top and if you say you don't your a liar. Hellboy has clearly moved on this season and found other teams to verbally attack from the saftey of his laptop but last year and the year before hotshots felt the brunt of his ridiculous statements. Stan just keep winning he loves it and will eventually get bored of being the jealous fat kid who always got picked last

I suppose the worst thing is, reading failed pot hunters statements, trying to wriggle out of fatcs and using any excuse to do so, it just makes them look more foolish when they get beat on the pitch.

Oh that reminds me, you get an awful lot of attention seekers on here, especially ones who arent any good at football in the first place, i guess they need an alternative hobby to dabble with, to keep their webbed fingers busy, after all its a bit difficult to play with yourself if you've only got a cloaca.
