| Seen a post on most other divisions so thought I'd get the basement tier involved.
Anybody got any predictions on the teams involved this season?

| Wigston Fields could be the unknown team. Lots of young eager players striving for success. Have looked OK in pre season friendlies. | |

| Does anyone actually know anythig about north kilworth sunday res or is everyone jus guessing them cuz there first team are good? I defo think cska sporting will be up there as they finished last season very well, possibly should have been put up 2 div 6 instead of global or royalist. | |

| They are a decent team, play some good football and got a few good players, including a centre back who is very dominant in the air, my money would definitely be on them. | |

The Sunday "first" team is their Saturday "reserves".
I could be wrong. | |

Agree... I believe they asked to be put as high as possible, not the request of a team trying to deceive. I would imagine they will probably utilise the two teams in the way a firsts and ressies traditionally operate??

Not the best set of results really then. When they lose they seem to concede a few. Lucky to finish in the top half. Think the plough will surprise a few people, some good individual players and if they get the team gelling it'll be looking good.

| We got the plough in the cup as well, was wondering if they were decent or not. If i was to predict this is how i think it might go 1) cska sporting 2) north kilworth ressies 3) Fc city of leicester 4) friar lane 5) The plough 6) blaby united 7) countesthorpe Cska carnaby ressies 9) countesthorpe 10) cfa 11) harrow Bit of guess work in there but feel it will be a tight division with not a load of point between top and bottom. | |

| Its a complete guess tbf mate i dont even know half the teams or how the other teams have improved that were in our league last year. Weve played blaby and they wont win it but at the same time wont lose loads thats why i plumped them mid table. Weve also played harrow twice as well and they were much better 2nd time round so expect them 2 get better also. | |

| A few lads I work with and chill out with are playing for few teams in this division so as u can imagine the banter at work is buzzing. Been told a few different things about a few teams and can see it being the tightest league in all of the alliance with all 11 being capable of competing for me I think north kilworth reserves will be far to strong for most teams 1. North kilworth 2. Friar lane 3. Cska sporting 4. The plough 5. Blaby utd 6.Wigston fields 7. Fc city of Leicester 8. Cska carnaby reserves 9. Cpuntersthorpe 10. The harrow 11. Cfa
Heard a lot of fc city of Leicester but don't think much will happen their they claim to have made good signings but what do we no about these players? Could be average like their team last year. Also no real impressive results. Hoping this season is close

| I think the bottom league is hardest to predict. Tend to know less about the new teams, and new players are less well known.
Plus those who haven't been involved prob underestimate the standard slightly, assuming 1 or 2 players will mean a team will walk it.

| Teams take pre seasons to gel, especially new ones. So poor results against higher opposition often means very little as teams are usually testing players and formations. If a team wins their pre season games all the time then they usually fail in the league as they go into games to 'cocky' and feel they will walk it. As someone said 1 or 2 players do not make a team, a squad of hard working, reasonably skillful players often surprise!! | |

They are moving up from Under-18's I believe and are based at Judgemeadow. I know a couple of their players, they used to be whipping boys 2/3 seasons back but stuck together with a large squad and progressed very well. Should do well enough.

1st season ever as a team. Largely young adults from the Evington and Highfields area. Not sure what to make of our side until we step out on sunday. one pre season where we played ballpark nirvana (from city league) amd beat them 5-2

That's a decent result if they're the same squad as played in the LSL last season. Although I did see you've got Khamkar playing for you, and I'm sure he was one of Ball Park's best players last time around, in any case it looks promising for you!

| Well around 4-5 players left ballpark for cfa so unfair to say it was the same ballpark as last year. Ah yes khamkar, averaging something ridiculous like 3.5 goals a game last season | |
