| SPARTA MOSHDOCK 3-2 Advance Couriers
Aaron Preston x 2 (That's 100 goals for Moshdock in 3 seasons) Sam Gillespie
A great performance from us today. Everyone worked hard and we managed to hold Advance out. They came back at us in the last 15mins and had us rocking a bit before the final whistle...no thanks to the ref giving a dubious penalty and then making them retake it when they had missed!
Overall though, I think we deserved it due to our hardwork and teamwork.
Now the season is over, looking back we have had a cracking first season in the Prem and proved a few people wrong after our poor pre-season and start to the league season. It is likely we will end up 3rd unless GT can upset Advance next week. However, finishing level with Advance is so much more than we expected. Plus, if it weren't for our 2point deduction we would be guaranteed runners up spot!
Now to build for next season...well done lads!

| CPR 5 AZ 1.
We (AZ) held our own for a good 30 minutes, then two mistakes cost us before half time, and they went 2-0 up. Thought second half we could have got back into the game, but then found ourselves 3-0 down, but replied with a good free-kick form Dan Smith. From then we were just overpowered by CPR. height was a key factor, and they won most aerial battles (Me being 3ft doesn't help haha) Before we knew it they scored another 2, one of them being a great finish from their skipper.
Was a decent game and they were deserved winners. Glad the season's over, as we've been poor.....

| CSKA 2 - 1 Niffy A (HT 0 - 1)
Last game of the season and we managed to get a full side, first half was pretty even with us going in at 1-0 up with 20 yard shot from Jamie.
Second half names in the hat for positions with Jay (top scorer ending up in goal) saves a penalty CSKA grabbed 2 goals and we should of levelled near the end but a good tackle blocked an open goal.
Just a note to the league but is it not part of the alliance and the county FA rules of registration that all teams have changing facilities ?. we changed at the side of the pitch when we got there which was not a problem but then at the end its pissing down so we walk to the changing rooms which were locked, so change outside in the rain we did everyone soaking wet and then to make things worse you have to then get in your car soaking wet again. We asked CSKA why they were locked and they said that they are banned from using them because some other team they had played wrecked them.

Don't think he was too happy about pulling centre back out the hat! Enjoyed the game today but as soon as that quality 30 yard free kick went in it was just a case of how many. Until then it was a decent contest. Looking forward to playing Foxes in division 1 next season.

| Congratulations to Prem and Moshdock today Todays game has pretty much summed our season up really, we can have no complaints wherever we finish, our inability to take our chances in games has been our downfall all season Todays game being prime example of where our poor finishing has left teams with something to hold on to and grind results out against us, like the first game against Moshdock we created numerous chances and could well of been out of site by half time but Moshdack took their chances when it came and on that basis deserved to be in front by 2 goals at half time, second half starts and again we create more clear cut chances but dont take them, then leave ourselves short at the back and Moshdock break again to make it 3-0, last 10 mins we manage to score 2 and have at least 4 cleared off the line, and this is the story of our season no one else to blame but ourselves, must say Will and Aaron were quality for Moshdock today along with their back 5 | |

Don't hold back mate! Think our whole squad will agree with you there though, we've been pretty poor all season and I'm not sure we're good enough to cut it in Division 1. We will hopefully strengthen slightly in the summer and be competitive. As for the 6 points being guaranteed, you're probably right but after the 2 matches against them this season we certainly won't fear them next. There will be far better teams than foxes in division 1 next season.

What a charmer. As has been said, we've probably not been at our best for much of he season, but 'the table (apparently) never lies'. On our day we'll give any div 1 side a good game. Well, not my aging legs but the rest of the lads... As for signalling out Nath, he's got great ability & pace and has scored a fair amount of goals this season. Bit harsh to slate him following today's game alone.

| I too watched the Fosse v Foxes game today. I think Observer is way out of line. In the first half Nathan Williams caused Foxes plenty of trouble, and he will also trouble first division defences next season too. As for not being a team player - he certainly seemed to work hard enough for the team today. There's no doubt the best team won but I can't see any reason why Fosse shouldn't be proud of finishing runners-up ahead of decent teams like Gutho, Webbys and Polska. In my opinion Foxes more experienced players were the difference today and in Trinder they probably have the best player in the league. Good luck to both teams next season, although I hear that Foxes may not be around if they are promoted straight to the Prem! | |

| Thats true exact. If foxes are put in the prem after coming from division 3 last year discussions will be had regarding that. If foxes are in the prem i hear they want to be there because they are promoted from division one.(the right way) ive seen both games you played against foxes now and regarding mr williams it cemented my thoughts that he is a very ball greedy person, call me an old moaning fart if you like but being a team gets you further.......throws the line..... | |

| No bite, just an iccle nibble from me observer, it'd be harsh on Foxes to go straight to the prem, but stranger things have happened. Prem does need a few more teams though!
I'd much rather have Nathan in my team than be up against him, although I'm confident I'd have in my pocket.

| No doubt hes an ok player, Probably your best but even though i was not supporting you lot today some of things he did peed me off ie trying a stupid trick with 3/4 of an open goal in the first half and constant running into blind alleys. Id love foxes to go in the prem, it would most probably give me more to moan about. .and i don't think foxes are good enough they on their day can score many goals against anyone but when it comes to keeping them out there two centre backs are the wrong side of 30 | |

| I agree with you to some extent, he could do with doing things simple now and again but everyone has their flaws, and if he didn't, he wouldn't be playing for us.
Surely a bit of experience at the back is ideal!!? Today we had a central midfielder and a centre forward as centre backs all game and it's a position where we've never really been settled all season.
