Niffy 'a' 1-2 Wigston Rangers

Great game for us today, went 1 nil down to a 30 yard wonderstrike, we played some really good football and then scored 2 goals in the last 15 minutes to seal the win. Was a deserved victory I felt. Hopefully the Niffy boys still get promoted out of the league, will be a shame though have enjoyed the two games against them.

went to see the npe game at kibworths pitch, was nobody there. thought they were at home??

according to the fixtures they were at home.

Cheers bomber - did we impress you that much Friday night?!?! hahaha!! We showed today that finishing is key - we must have had chances to score 6 or 7 but Jay didn't seem to have his shooting boots today. Dan on the other hand only had 2 shots and bagged both.

Terribly disappointed with the loss and on that performance we don't really deserve 2nd in the league. We wait in anticipation though....

Friday night? I thought we played in the morning?
It felt like a bit of a nothing game to be honest. Guessing your top scorer never played against us?
My reference to an NPE win was purely to do with hotshots not finishing top 3!

Yeah our top scorer did play against you - although his lazyiest performance so far for the season, followed by this morning...

I don't mind if NPE win - as long as it's not by more than 2 or 3 goals!! haha

Ah i think this is a website error. The game was taking place at Cort Crescent - NPE's home ground.

well thanks a bunch forum drove from leicester to harborough when the game was in leicester on a better note iv jus heard kibworth won 1-0 so that's made me smile 3rd in our first season not a bad achievment

they scored first 10 min (mistake by me soz) and that was there only effort at goal. after that we played them off the park and done well to keep it at 5. well played lads great performance all over today. still in your hand saff goodlook hope you win it if we don't.

Kyle had a run out yesterday but we had 5 away and were literally buggered after the sat, sun, tues, thurs fri.. Matches.. (at least fri was easy lol joke). We were rubbish yesterday but Kyle netted!!

1st half think would have to say we was 2nd to everything harrow deserved there lead at half time 2nd half think it fair to say we had most of the 2nd half and when we went 2-0 down after my 1st and last mistake of the season then we had chance after chance then we change formation to 2.4.4 and score 2 goals in the last minute to get a point we also should had a pen but a draw a fair result .......... also as i;ve knowed mags 4 16 years i can say he did not score so why is he down as a goal scorer

hahaha, yeah he did mention several times today that he bagged yesterday, he mentioned that he only recognised a couple of lads from Friday. Glad we managed to give ya an easy run out!!

Right, first off, cheers to Bakers Arms who brought a contingent and a half down to the game and then to the pub after. Good bunch of lads who play in the right spirit, i think they missed Adam Dyke today, his throws and all round ability in the centre.
We went 2-0 down and looked in trouble, managed to get one and then the belief kicked in and we pressured for the majority of the second half. Delighted at winning the game, 3-2 and now just one point needed from next two games (unless Bakers smash us about 10-0 in the last game). Cant believe the margins in getting this close to the title, having won games against Niffy, Sparta, Magna, Phoenix and now Bakers by just one goal, not to mention last minute equalisers! Shows a great desire by the boys not to give up...
