| I was on Blaby and Whetstone's pitch last night at training and there is no chance of that being ready for my match Saturday!
If any pitches are like that I would say they have no chance of playing as that is rock solid with certain areas being like an ice rink

I saw this on the MET office website, 0 degrees overnight, but i am well advised that there is still some snow, and more expected tonight........? Trouble is sir, there are too many people sitting around doing nothing in this country, theres hundreds of people looking at computers, non productive, all telling you the same things, hundreds of people telling us what the weather might be doing, but no one can actually say for sure what its going to do, in case they get it wrong, and little Jimmys mother cries because she didnt have the right gloves on for driving her mini van on the school run, people standing next to piles of grit pointing at it, instead of getting a shovel out and throwing it on the paths, so the pensioners who fought in the war dont slip and break their necks, what a shambles this country is, and now they want to turn the lights out on our streets overnight to save money, but we can have thousands of lights on for xmas and diwalli,(Las Vegas and New York lit up like a xmas tree every night) ah yes us tax payers can watch our grandma and grandad walking down an unlit road covered in black ice, great britain more like grate britain. Still, keep paying your taxes and being ripped off, and you can forget that pension unless you are a millionare.

There are some out there that will offer to help their elderly neighbours, maybe less than their used to be....but we can change that!! Keep an eye out for your neighbour like you would want your grandparents to be looked out for!! Back on subject - i heard more snow last night?? Any truth in this?
