good run out, should really have had a few more then 3 but a few players missing today and still put in a solid performance, Superfly worked hard but it was their first friendly of the season and the fitness really showed late on although we didn't really take advantage.

Full squad of 18 today and about time. Started 4-3-3 and didnt really work, the switch to 4-4-2 was much better and in the end it was comfortable.

was 5-1 in the end. was a good run out against a good western side.

we let in a couple of sloppy goals late in the first half but second half got a bit of a battering to be fair.
five or six players to come back in next week will hopefully let me try out some new things but we'll get there

Had to wait to go 1-0 down (again) before we started to play, fairly comfortable in the end, missed loads of chances to possibly make double figures, quality hatrick from Tom who if had been more greedy could of had another 3.

Viccy apparently had few ressies in also so possibly not at full strength, good luck to VPR for the coming season, cheers lads.

always a pleasure to play your boys ad. thought you guys looked a better unit than last year and i think with a couple more faces you will more than hold your own in 4 next year.

perhaps our most impressive pre season friendly so far. had 10 subs with many changes at half time but still managed 2 keep up the good work in 1st half........progressing nice and slowly

i think we'll be harder to beat this year, just got to have more confidence on the ball. have a few players coming in to help us going forward. steady will do for now lol.

its the first proper pre season i've had in goal,, is enjoyable but i ended up black and blue in the morning lol!!
back in centre mid this sunday methinks!!

shame we werent quite on it but still deserved to beat us, good laugh with that kid missing from 2 yards and a screamer into the top bag! sorry about that finish!!!!
