Charity day for Rainbows childrens hospice

Next sunday 25th july western athletic are hosting a charity day in aid of Rainbows childrens hospice. there will be a morning of quality football, at st oswalds road pitches, featuring 3 teams playing in a round robin fashion followed by a family funday in the sponsors public house with a bbq, disco and bouncy castle. If you do not have a game and would like to come and show your support for a very good cause everybody is welcome. hope to see a good turnout. there is a raffle with a lot of good prizes and more fun and games for the whole family.

been told today that the opposition will have a few leicester city legends in there line up with carl muggleton between the sticks and steve walsh and matt elliot infront of him, so should be interesting to see if the old boys have still got it.

great day yesterday and managed to raise around £2000 for a great charity. thanks to all that came and made the day a succesfull one.
