No show for Willows again, no doubt....

I reckon its something to do with the Leicester City game. Willows will definately play their final match.

City didn't play on Friday....

Not much point re-playing todays game anyway....

willows play on the 16th. if they dont they are binned. but they will play, i have been assured.

willows did not play today because one of the players family died,so no more snide remarks please

willows did not play today because it wasn't scheduled for today anyway? was it?? Is states that willows vs sunbury will be played on the 16th!! I am sure that will play the game its not worth the fines/trouble for one game and i dont think anyone seriously thinks they won't fulfil the last fixture

yep. thats what im saying. no snide remarks made, simply stated they will fulfil their fixtures.

Willows should have played Countesthorpe Royals OB today. They caused a postponement due to their inability to field a team - I have not been made aware of the reason. stated in this thread.
We do not yet have a date regarding a reshedule of this fixture.

Next Sunday they are scheduled to play Sunbury United in a fixture which will decide the D3 Winners and Runners Up, with Western Athletic the interested third party.

As well as these 2 games involving Willows, the only other outstanding fixture is Great Wigston v Fengate which is also scheduled for next Sunday.

I can understand the Sunbury game going ahead, as that has a big impact on who wins top of the table position, but yesterdays game"people take note"does not seem to be worth re-playing. Its irrelevant to the cause.

No ones made any SNIDE remarks, just stating the facts, don't confuse the two.

How many chances do Willows get to replay their games, there must be a cut off point we can't keep hanging on for them to turn up surely twice is one to many?

So when did you find out?

I haven't been told of an answer if we have had one yet, but i'm pretty sure that the council have a deadline when games can't be played after.
