Stokes Cup Final

After a waterlogged Holmes Park pitch caused the postponement of the Arthur Moore Cup Final, we move on to the Stokes Cup Final.

Friday 10 April - Holmes Park - 7.00pm kick off - featuring Friar Lane v Pukka Pies

Both of these Division 5 teams have enjoyed a successful season and Friar Lane still have serious ambition for the League title.

The Cup Final however is a single game and both teams will relish this occasion

Do come along and lend your support on the night

Looking forward to this game. The lads are up for it should be a really interesting game im sure pukka are out for revenge in our last league game against each other, as you have already noted down we are going for the double. Either way both teams deserve to be there and be a good game to watch.
Also both teams have had great results in the league as of late with pukka winning 4 straight games in the league and Friar seven games straight. This is a cup game and everyone will be up for it.

Let's hope Mr Hawksley doesn't bring his shooting boots this time!
We have our full strength team available for Friday so will hopefully be a lot more competitive this time around, on the back of a nice run in the league we will hope to continue our good form and bring the Stokes Cup home!
Good luck to Friar Lane, will be a stern test and should be a very good final!
