Transfers

Could someone tell me the process for transferring players please

no transfers until later in season, but if player not playing in alliance league you can sign him.
think transfers start October but not sure

Even if the player hasn't kicked a ball yet?

If the team he is signed for have kicked a ball you are too late

If might even be linked to the first ball kicked in the division or even the league (in which case you are too late)

Either way, its not effected by the player

Morley is the person to check with and I would act quick, otherwise as stated above you have to wait till October (I think)
