Some people just like messing other people about, not the first time and won't be the last, either that or the blokes a complete idiot.

Apparently he's known to have done it before, unless theres a good reason this time.

I know players become suspended when debts of folded clubs need to be paid, but do management get suspended too. Looking on county FA website they did not pay the FA affiliation fee. They for 2-3 weeks did not make contact with the League but is it only the players who get suspended. Surely in a case like this, the management should be considered a lifetime or some form of ban. It appears as if the management were simply not up to the task, and if they have history of it happening before then that must be taken into consideration too. The time wasted by the League, FA and opposing clubs is out of order.

obviously all megavaux players are banned now until paying the county fa. But how much is this? Is it a one off standard payment or does what the club owe get shared between whoever was signed on?

The process takes a little longer than you may first think. Assuming the club has insufficient funds to clear the debt, which is usually the case, the debt is shared equally between all registered players. We apply a standard resignation fine but the amount of debt will vary - in Megavaux's case just think of the postponements for the last three weeks, amongst other issues.

I have to write to all of those registered players setting out their share of the debt and how and when to pay it. After that time deadline, I report all those players who have not paid to County FA requesting a suspension from all football. At this point in time the County FA add an administration charge

In the case of Megavaux, in addition to their debt to the League, they will also have a debt to County FA in respect of the unpaid Affiliation Fee, which caused the suspension in the first place, and unpaid player misconduct reports.

After another period of time that suspension commences and remains until the player pays the money to County FA, who in turn reimburse the League

I am aware that some Leagues, not necessarily in this County include Club Management in the share of the debt but this is more problematical to monitor as identification of manageent is difficult and there is no registration requirement
