Please note I am aware that these fixtures do cause some duplications in already published fixtures for the 9th / 16th and 23rd December. These duplications will be looked into as and when is neccesary (and weather permitting!!!)

There will definately be changes to the next few weeks fioxtures so please keep looking at the forum and Alliance league website!

Get in touch with The Red Admiral, they played them in the last round

Barcabullona FC from the Hinckley league has requested one of our lads to play in the county cup against Star & Garter this weekend. We're guessing that he can't as he played for us in the Intermediate cup. Just wondered if Intermediate and Prem County Cup are seperate or once you've played in one of the County Comps, is that you exempt from the rest?

Pretty sure he can't play but thought we'd ask.

You are correct - he cannot play. No player can play for more than one Sunday club in a County Competition during the current season.

Hopefully not a sign of things to come but an early postponement for Sunday

The pitch provider (Friar Lane and Epworth FC) has postponed this game and the fixture cannot be reversed.

I know both matches saturday and sunday were called off at the weekend! Doesnt handle it too bad, just like any other average sunday morning pitch

Only 6 teams available for a start. 3 of these could host a game (you couldn't because AFC Royal Oak are at home in the county cup) and of the 3 that could you have palyed all away already!!

The Fleckney Athletic game last Sunday was one of the last to be postponed. It was not until Sunday morning, after the overnight rain that the Parish Council closed the pitch due to 'a number of wet areas'

Addies are a very good team, ash day, luke day, gavin mobbs to name a fee

Can't be moved now widds, it's round 3. But they should never have been in that cup for sure. School boy error somewhere.

it cuts up quite badly in the wet but it doesn't hold standing water for long, weather permitted i reckon there will be games on it this weekend

There is a lot more to it than that - so please be very careful what is said. The League is very much involved in the issue.
