| I believe there were a number of problems, such as venue and cost.
Aylestone wasn't available any more, and others are difficult to guarantee.
On the cost side of it, the games were ran at a loss by the league, and whilst this wasnt too much of a concern when there was significant sponsorship, this season its much tighter financially

| I blame the teams that didn't get their friends etc down....I think our game had about 50 down and the weather was shocking, wind and rain....then on half decent evening some games had about ten fans per team!! | |

| haha the night you played your game was horrendous weather, I remember watching the 2nd half from the Aylestone Club house in the warm drinking tea pestering Dennis to give me the identity of Whistleblower (remember him!) He didn't buckle under the pressure!
For Magna 73 against Bulls Head last season we had about 70 attend and the league still made a loss, not our fault, just broken promises.

| would have thought that if two teams who need to play each other and had a venue the league would arrange a referee and be glad that another fixture is being played | |
