Wats procedure with signing on for a county cup game? Is It 7 clear days before the game?

I believe deadline is Thursday midnight to get players signed on - so hurry!!

Yup, the official line is:
SIGNING PLAYERS - To play this Sunday a Player must be registered with Morley by midnight Thursday. You CANNOT sign players on the morning of the game. They will be ineligible - even if you are playing another Alliance side. Do not attempt to get any forms countersigned - you will merely be dropping yourself in it.
