wouldnt say ive got the longest but did throw one towards middle off goal against trinderbox in our 5-3 triumph .

Michael Haslum for us can throw the ball the width of the pitch.

Inter Mivan Captain has a throw like a bullet! A good all round player in a poor team, played centre back against us and made his tall centre back partner look very poor!

we've got 2 rory delaps (kyieht maynard & eddie comyn-platt) shame no one can convert there throws for us. we'd take it coming off the other keepers arse cheek but oh well.

used to have adam spriggs play for us (think hes a wigston united now) he used to have a HUGE throw

For Little Bowden its Callum Coombes - he can launch one in to the back stick and it causes defences all sorts of problems!
