Gordon,

We (Sporting Wigston) haven't received the team sheet form from the county fa for our county cup game in the morning. What should we do?

Explain that fact to your opponents and referee.

Have your players and substitutes listed on a sheet of paper to give to your opponents and referee

Complete and submit the online County Competition Player/Result form after the game from our website.

To cover yourselves, I would also drop an email to County FA stating that you never received the forms.

If, after all of that, anything comes of the issue, refer the County FA to me. Your post and this response is time/date stamped for use if necessary.

Not me as we (webbies) have a week off due to our county cup victory last week!!

Just to add to this point, we haven't received a team sheet either. We Will do as per above suggestion as well

I am at a County Competitions Committee meeeting on Wednesday evening and will raise the matter to determine what procedures are being adopted.

Oh dear! I nearly turned up an hour late, im blaming technology, i set back my phone, then it set itself back. Wasn't great.
