Any chance of finding out the youngest average age team?

Would be interesting.

Theoretically possible but will need a bit of nerdism. I'll put it on the list.

The average age of players registered as at 14th September is 26 yrs.

As at 1st February, 2011, the age distribution of the 2,252 players registered with the Alliance League is

16 to 19 - 282 players
20 to 24 - 756
25 to 29 - 688
30 to 34 - 346
35 to 39 - 89
40 to 44 - 56
45 to 49 - 25
50 to 54 - 10

The average age is 25 yrs and 11 months

Wigston Rangers offering a nice amount to the 16-19 year olds

Dennis, can you let me know the distribution of positions in those age groups please? When dancing on ice finishes obviously!

How would that be worked out? I imagine the Goalkeepers have the highest average age.

The average age is almost exactly 20 yrs. Remember that not all registered players are in the 16 to 19 bracket.
