Some of these are about sticking a pin in a list of names but:

I believe Tomlin won 3-1 with 9 men

div 3 humberstone 2000
div 6 birstall rangers
all 3 should win their divisons fairly easily

Not quite.

Tomlin turned up with 9 and Fosse had 13 so we gave them two players. Then we had an injury and played for 35 minutes with one less man. In second half it was 10 on ten as another player was injured. Last 15 minutes they had 9 men.

cheers jamie although deffo some sarcasm in there haha we had 8 when we turned up and had to get a volunteer goalie for the game which gave us 9 we then had 2 loaned to us from fosse to make it 11 a side! after around 30 min i came of to make it 10 for us then they lost a player through injury to make it 10 a side abit later on they had one of there players back to make it 11 vs 9 for the last 20 minutes we also had ash james just standing up front with a back injury so really we only had 8 haha it was an absolute farce from tomlins but thats sunday mornings thanks for the game fosse and all the best good bunch of lads!!!!

I'm pretty sure now that some teams will still be moved to there true standard Div.

Take that new team Club Fc for instance (div 2) as everyone on here now know's who they are ,and are tipping them to walk Div 2.

They have just played 4 prem teams and remain unbeaten !

Surly the league must now put them in there ture div ?

You're more likely to be moved up to the Prem than be dropped down to 2 Hairy!

An enormous amount of work has already gone in to preparing for the season based on the FINAL constitution. The league cannot simply move teams around willy nilly right the way up to the first weekend. For fixtures, handbooks etc to be ready for the handbook meeting (next week) the deadline for the constitution was some time ago.

That coming from the manager of a div 2 team.

club have played 2 prem teams 1 draw 1 win, friendlies dont really mean alot.

Hahahahhaha we ain't even played 4 friendly so how we beat 4 prem teams

club only played 2 game and everyone saying they should be in the prem just because they drew one and won one against prem every team has it good day and its bad days the people who r complaining r the team that have lost players

Just like your grammar your statement is very poor.

We have indeed lost players, but as as club, we do not recall complaining anywhere.

In fact, to the contrary, we have tipped them to win the Division.

Sorry, but you really need to quote facts not opinion if you are wanting to be taken seriously, which is why we have not commented on the situation regarding our club.

Now, let's not side-track this topic...

Sileby to smash div 3....dean copson,jon coppard,chris wilson shundnt be playing at this level thats only 3 of there players ive named

Dean will play yes, very good young player, crossing my fingers if he can get out of bed every Sunday. Pilly will play as and when he can (plays high level golf & tennis) and Coppard (who has signed dual forms with FC Poplar) will be lucky to get 3 or 4 games out of him. Wouldn't read too much into it!! But hey ho, honestly think there are stronger teams than us in the Division 3. First time in Aths history where it's all good mates playing together compared to scraping a side for the last 3 years.

i hope sileby do well, had alot of banter with them in the past lol

With regards to club and everyone jumping on there backs because they beat us and drew with Tomlins, you need to give them a break, as and this is by no means a disrespect to them I know full well the Azzurri team they played against will be nothing like an Azzurri team tht takes to the field in a league match! It was a very very scratch side and contained 3 players from last seasons Azzurri I also Know Tomlins said they were short aswell !! As I said that does not take away from clubs results as they can only beat what is in front of them and they still played against 2 decent sides and got good results but people on here really shouldn't read too much into friendly results.

Lay off them, let them have their first season and see how they do!

Couldn't agree more.  Friendly results need taking with a huge pinch of salt.

With regards to Club FC at interview they expected to have no more than 4 players of a Saturday district league standard hence thier Division Four status.  After furhter consideration of the players they believed they would have (i.e. more than 4 players of similar quality) they find themselves in Div 2 to jump them up further before they have played a competitive game together would be daft.  If the league still gets it wrong and they win Div 2 by a canter I am sure they will enjoy 2015-16 in the Prem

to be fair mate it was a close 1st half, think we took our chances really well & from 35 mins until half time we was 3-0 up. at the end i thought we was fitter but was a good workout for both teams.

Prem - Think Star to win it ahead of Frolesworth and Tomlin Allstars. Depends who Azzuri get in and they could push on.
Div 1 - Having seen Phoenix United a couple of weeks back they have to be up there. Mowmacre I believe will be up there but will know more when we play them this week.
Div 2 - Everyone seems to be going for Club which I have to admit sound the strongest team. But everyone seems to of forgotten about Leicester Foxes slipping off the radar. Won Division 1 last season and find themselves in 2! Must have some very persuasive board members! Foxes have always been a good side and will defo be up there!
Div 3 - Again everyone seems to of gone for Sileby. Lets hope the cricket season has finished so they can play some home games   Teams to push Sileby I believe will be Union Inn and Huncote who were very impressive last season and have done well only to jump 1 division.
Div 4 - Don't now an awful lot about the new teams in this division. From the teams I know I think Sporting Birstall should have a good season. Team seems to of matured and had a good season last year. Aylestone Lounge are last seasons Monsell Reserves???? Team to beat if true.
Div 5 - Heard Aberdale have a few good players so could be a team to watch. Think Friar Lane though could do well and maybe grab the title with the players they have on board.
Div 6 - not a clue about most of these teams. Hopefully the lads at White Horse Wanderers do well though and have a successful season.
Div 7 - I'll be honest, Not a clue!

If you do not back you own teams then what is the point of entering
