Are they related to harborough hotshots? if so they will have trouble using a computer, on account of their webbed fingers.

Not really only ramleylbfc and there is a rumour timmy mallet going back there.

Guess work obviously on rumour etc but ill play the game.

FRIAR LANE 3 - 3 CSKA - sitting on the fence here being first game of the season. Both will be decent teams in what will be a very competitive division
HARROW 2 - 1 BOWDEN - harrow looked a decent outfit when we played them, if they have a full team to choose from they'll do well.

CSKA 2 - 1 GROBY - being at home on the Astro could see Carnabys edging this one, both teams would have played a game and hoping to have settled in

FCCOL 4 - 4 MONSELL- being the first game of the season reckon it'll be a nervous one, anything can happen so can see this being a draw of some sort. A very close encounter.
HARROW 3 - 1 VALE - not sure what to expect from vale so guessing at this one and after playing harrow reckon they could snatch it
SUECASTLE 2 - 1 BOWDEN - don't know much about either team so will go for a close game with the home team edging it.
PLOUGH 2 - 2 MEDZ - again sitting on the fence, if the plough have strengthened can see them doing well as heard they lost a few players, not sure how good Medz will be, coming over from a different league. Will have to wait and see as with all the new teams.
WIGSTON ?-? FRIAR LANE - nice that everyone seems to back us but being the first game of the season no idea what will happen. It will be a tough game in what will be a very tough and close division.

Lol don't stick neck out too much Luke think that's what call sitting on fence. Surely u think them monsell pot hunters will win ???

First week. Taking my time sussing out teams. Ha ha. Heard mixed reviews about them really. Some say pot hunters some say not so will have to wait and see really

We have only lost sands to ac wigston and olly gent to a swollen bollock. Signed a few on including the veteran Jamie Jayes who has promised 25 goals. We have strengthened from last season but think league will be stronger too. Wish we had gone up cause think 6 is weaker division.

Two big players there to lose though. Yea that's my thinking too, 6 might be more even. We haven't really lost anyone and added a couple so hopefully hit the ground running and be ok

Our game has been reversed at now at Grobys ground (in Birstall??). If you wanna amend your prediction....

I think Monsell reserves are in the right division. Definately no pot hunting going on there.
I think you will all agree after 2 or 3 games.
Watch them go and destroy first 3 games and make me look daft lol!!!

Think 6 is pretty strong to if you look at Dukla, LKS, CFA, Inter Mivan, Birstall Rangers promised a lot (admittedly lost last night),

No promise of 25 goals, hope to get a few and enjoy footy again.

Any report on the friar lane vs Carnabys games and harrow vs Bowden?

Fraud lane won 3-1. Harrow won 3-2

should of won by a lot more put four or five 1 on 1's over the bar , hit the bar plus there keeper made some outstanding saves. pleased considering we didn't get going until the 35th minute .
ps Bowden have got a lad that can put a throw in on the far post and our pitch is wide as a foook so think a few teams will struggle with it he throws it like a scud missile lol

1st up, Friar lane have improved a bit as you would expect all teams to, and deserved the win. 1st half we were all at sea, didn't get going and were lucky to go in 1-0 down at half time. 2nd half we improved, equalised and competed much better, had some half chances but nothing clear cut. Friar Lane got a 2nd, we pushed for an equaliser and conceded a 3rd late on. Not that it flattered them though. Big improvements needed from us, but I'm confident there's a hell of a lot more to come.
