Looking for Scouts/ football agencies

Hi all,

is anybody aware of scouts or football agents in Leicester or surrounding areas which I can contact in order to discuss a partnership with a brand new online football service, which is about to launch in Leicester?With it we are trying to offer a new channel for scouts to spot potential players who undertake football at a grass root level.
