Massively dissappointed that Advance are out. The best ending for us would of been to somehow get into the final and play against the finest sunday league side leics has seen for a number of years. We have never played Advance, it's a shame.

No seriously if we got to the final we wanted to play Advance. Reasons because we'd never played them and there would be no finer ending than to topple the best team in the final of the best cup.

We've played Fairfield, and we've played Prem, variety is the spice of life.

More like you wanted to play a team thats way past its sell by date, and the players are ready for their pipes and slippers.

Belive me, the current Advance side is not the finest sunday league side around these days. They aint a shadow of the side they had 3 or 4 years back! They have got some good young lads though that will get better. But at moment they are avarage. Hence the reason they aint won the league for a couple of seasons

Agree with Mr Daniels tho, for us lower league plebs, its a buzz to play such a good team, delighted we played them

Exactly. Regardless of how they are doing this year, they are the most succesful sunday league side in our area. Why wouldn't we want to play against them when we've played the rest. Anyway, there out now so it doesn't matter.

Plebs? more like vagabonds....anyway its funny how everyone wants to play them now they are relatively beatable, everyone else is coming on here now saying how they want a chance at the mighty advance, but as well we all know, they aren't the same team they used to be, they were unbeatable, won every cup going, and anyone who got to play them, were the first to moan that they didnt stand a chance, and it was game over, its Ok now coming on saying you want to play them, thats a bit like going in a cage with a 40 yr old lion, with no teeth and half blind and de-clawed, and then saying "ive stroked a real fierce lion", no way would any of you lot beat them, and you certainly wouldn,t have wanted them in a cup round, they'd have wiped their hairy asses all over your heads.

Everyone used to say they were the golden boys and favourites, and hated the thought of playing them, now everyone wants to play them, how very strange!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The blokes a fool. If anything, we would want to play the team in the lower division who we beat last season with a much poorer side than we have now.

Anyway, we will just be happy to get to the final, regardless. But it's a tough ask against a tough opposition in the semi. Lady luck will need to be shining thats for sure. We are definately the underdogs in this comp.

I agree, although we beat them on Sunday it was a very close game and could have gone either way.
