This Sundays division 6 predictions......

Dukla Hillside 3V3 Leicester Klub Sportowy - could be a tasty game this. Dukla have hit some form and proving the early season doubters wrong. LKS have a couple signings in and last Sunday's win proves they've been given a lift. Can see a tight game. Both teams can score goals so a high score draw.

Inter Mivan 3-4 Global Athletic - game of the day for me. Going for Global to edge it, maybe more in hope than anything. Global will have to be on song to snatch this. They have the quality to cause a slight upset.

Royalist 6V0 Hat & Beaver. - real tough game for the Beavers. Royalist have such quality upfront I think as soon as they get a couple the flood gates could open. Hope H & B can hold out for aslong as possible and you never know.....

Sporting Birstall 2V1 Little Bowden. - thought Bowden had turned a corner but last weeks loss to dukla surprised a few including me. Maybe too many beers over the holidays?? Sporting grinded out a good draw last game and have them to sneak this one

Yeah.. I'd agree with that except maybe a more emphatic win for Birstall... I'll go for 4-1.

yeah tbf we did want these lads last summer yes will is quality cm gally would have sorted but still another 2 gd lads hope u both get through sunday hairy ul beat thringstone we had chances against em was young side just couldnt beat tge ref he was awful

Fair play mate! Looks like you'll be sorted for rest of season! If u hang onto them then next year could look very promising!
Cheers mate! We had a difficult Ref when we played up Measham! Perhaps we both had a "local" Ref to contend with! Here's hoping us and Eagles keep flag flying high!

you shouldnt of let dale no about baz until he was signed and sealed, dezza will be bombarding him with texts to nab him, him getting injured is a big part of the reason that saff lounge folded, i reckon we might still be going if he was available throughout our bad times

Said at the start of the season I had a feeling that this would be one of the tightest divisions and I was correct.

Half way through and around 6 teams all battling it out for the title, gonna go down to the wire.

Who are your favourites people, and why?

Very tough in my opinion. I would say Royalist seem favourites although weve not played them yet, Barnett is banging the goals in. Oak too but with ourselves and Oak we have a hell of a lot of games to catch up on plus cup runs which could hinder us. Then Mivan and Aylestone, who have both been inconsistent similar to us and I believe Oak are a gear above both. That leaves possible outsiders LKS but I think the poor start may just finish off any kind of run they may put together.

were 7 behind mivan game in hand and got play em 2 could become 1 point got play royalist oak and eagles twice dont count us out everyone lost 2 so far us only 4 will go bout r business as we dont want people talk bout us all top teams got play each other 2 yet all can drop points wats difficult 2 understand

Mivan were my favorites for the title at the start of the season. Can't help but be impressed by Royalist! They've got a quality forward line and will be difficult seeing many, if any teams raking points off them. They are now in the driving seat

u played royalist hairy think there not greatest at the back funny we beat em but lost other silly games

Yeah we lost to them 4-3 at start of the season when we were missing most of our defense. Played them in the cup and won 3-1. They were very dangerous but we were at our best. Have them at home in the league still. We will need full strength team for that one!

I think Royalist are in the driving seat at the moment. When we played them on the first day of the season they were very poor but their results have been brilliant since! The Barnett's are leading the assault and seem to be the most consistant team in the league. I think that whichever team is most consistant will win this division.

Royal Oak will be in the top 3.. we met them very early in the season (thankfully) but now they are in fine form and look unstoppable. They will be hoping Royalist slip up.

Eagles and Aylestone will keep the pressure on too but like us, they have been quite inconsistant which could cost us all in the end.

I feel that the awful period over November and early December may well cost us. We suffered with injuries to key players and our squad was thin which resulted in us dropping 8 points to teams in the bottom half after beating everyone at the top.. so frustrating! However, Sunday was a step in the right direction!

Credit to the league.. Div 6 really is tight and with each week the story changes! All teams are full of respect for each other and the competition is healthy! No matter what happens its a great battle to be involved in.

I think everyone in this division, including ourselves, might be a bit biased but this surely has to be up there as arguably the most entertaining division in the Alliance League?

Anyone can beat anyone as predicted in pre-season. Six teams in with a shout of the league, although Royalist have made themselves the front runners. Assuming we can get some decent weather then we should end up with a cracking end to the season.
