| Humberstone Rangers 2 LB Talbot 3 (2-1)ht
well we know after last week it would be 10times harder than last week we started well on the attacking side but was to slow in closing humbo down and after about 25 mins humbo took the lead with a mazzy run and side footed into the bottom corner leaving me standing in 1 stop then a free kick to us which was not a foul but tom read place the ball 40 yards out and bang flow into the top corner of the bar and in .the our player gave humbo a pen which there was no need as the ball was gone . gifford place right intop the corner . 2nds half we closed them down out placed them out pass them missed to many chances in the end score the 2 goals needed 3pts 1st away win this season were on a roll

| Wigston fields 1 - 4 CFA
Marcus Stevenson with the goal for Wigston. Outclassed and outplayed in every position on the park today. Cfa were too good, quality movement, excellent pace and comfortable on the ball. Even there centre back went on mazy runs. We can make excuses that we were missing two quality defenders but we were good enough and that is the simple fact. We keep going though and move on, no doubt we'll be laughing and joking about it on Tuesday and through the week even though we moan and look annoyed on the Sunday. We're all friends so we pick ourselves up, laugh and move on. Great game from cfa and them or north kilworth will win the league and should make a jump to divison 5 or 4 easily.

| CSKA Seconds 5 - 0 Countesthorpe
We were under par today, but a win's a win and we know we've got a lot more in our locker. Fair play to Countesthorpe - they're alright on the ball, they just struggle a lot at the back and could do with a bit more of a physical presence through the spine of their team. Good for us to get our first clean sheet of the season, in spite of the performance and with some players rested. Much tougher test ahead next week though

| Over the years, we have a record of beating good sides but then being short a week or so later and losing to lesser sides but this is football. We turn up even if we have ten men because that's commitment! And if the opposition gets to play and beat a weakened side then so be it and they deserve it. Ream have now avoided us and MDH, likely because they weren't at their strongest and didn't want to lose to either of us. My point is that they now get a points deduction and fine, but they might have a million players back after this last 2 weeks or sign more. This effectively means they could go from a weak position and possible losses to us and Mdh to a strong squad and beat us both. This costs both of us points and although reem will lose a point for each no show, they could be 4 points better off at the end of the season. I will remember this for next time I struggle for numbers! Better still, I will tell Brendan Rogers and get all Liverpools matches postponed until after the January transfer window | |

| haven't been on here for a while (i'm sure you've all missed me!? ) would just like to say we lost 4-1 to Royalists today undeservedly. 2 sloppy goals in first 2 minutes (sums our season up) but we gave them a right go and caused problems to the point they were arguing amongst themselves. Gotta goal back early in the second half and had them penned in their half for much of the game until they were gifted a goal that never crossed the line which the ref afterwards admitted he wasn't 100% sure (mistakes happen) they then scored their 4th at the end after 3 consecutive attempts. considering both teams league positions prior, we were expecting a landslide but hopefully we can take it into our next game and get a result we actually deserve. | |

| NPE 4-0 oadby: we had to dig in today against a good Oadby side. They keep the ball really well and had some good possession. We got tight and were organised and with Pete and candy we know there is a chance to score. Somehow Zack opened the scoring from a corner he was as suprised as us then Pete scored a loverly header from a class free kick. 2-0 at half time we were on the back foot at beginning of second half with Oadby playing some good stuff but lacked cutting edge. Candy got the third which killed the game then I got one last kick of the game. It's gonna be a tough game at their place next week. | |

We cant really moan about the result today, there was only ever going to be one winner. North kilworth are a very good team and I cant see them not finishing out the top two in this div, I think even they will admit that they are to good for this div

| AFC Royal Oak 4 - 1 Global Athletic
Scorers: Chris Love (2) Tom Scott Paul Cox
Pleased with a convincing win over a tough Global Athletic side. Global gave us a good first half but we managed to go in at half time 2-1 up. We looked the better team throughout and Global rarely threatened in our half but made it tough in the centre of the pitch and tried to break as often as they could. Could tell Kris Mort was lacking match practice which perhaps caused them to lack a cutting edge up top. Second half was quite comfortable as we had quite a few chances and could easily of doubled our tally but some fine saves from their keeper.
Good luck to Global in the coming weeks and was nice to be finally invited for a bevvy after!
The top of the table is looking VERY tight and just happy to be in the mix!
Now 2 weeks break with cup matches, next up being Fleckney Athletic! Will have to be on our game to get anything from this by all accounts!

Not there today due to injury but thought we would have a full squad. Turned out 4 players never turned up and we had a bare 11 - which gave it everything but just couldnt do enough. Really disappointing, especially to throw away a 3-1 lead after also losing to Oak last week from 3-0 up.

Totally outclassed bus team that are clearly not division 7 standard. Seemed a sound bunch and best off luck to them can only beat what's i front off you but should be astroll for them this season. Happy with our performance considering had hardly any off the ball, lads gave it there all can't ask for more than that. Well done kilworth good luck for rest off season.
