Just wondered how many teams r going up and down this season?

it wont be decided until the constitution, depends on new teams and what standard they are and then where teams have folded and so spaces need filling up..... theres a lot goes into it and no rules set in stone about how many up or down.

i reckon one div will be fairly mixed next season with:
qpr azul dukla royal oak eagles pollards bowden hat and beaver wheel afc sporting wigston rangers
i reckon thurmaston will go down two and humbo pothunters up two lol

I'd be happy with that! Reckon firs old boys could do ok in this division! Not so sure pollards will be sticking around
