Yeah, same lino we (first team) had issues with last year, and the one that many others have issues with....still, its us, not him....right???

Put in an official complaint, i'm sure you can get this vagabond stopped from running the line, once and for all.

a quiet word with the referee to alert him of your concerns during the game would be the best route on the day. calling him a cheat or worse wouldn't be the cleverest thing in the world.
