another new signing for next season things are looking up and this guy can finish

Little Bowden had a fantastic season just gone, we were top of the league from September through to March, going that entire time unbeaten in the league, only relinquishing top spot when we were docked 15 points from a spate of resignations. I think that dented morale and we slipped to sixth, but we will definitely be pushing for the title again this season coming.

Just out of interest, if it is nearly finished when will next seasons constitutuion be announced?

I would guess some time before end of the month bud

It will be at the AGM won't it surely?

It will be distributed at the end of the A G M but it will be more 'provisional' than usual because we are still active on the membership front

We (Accies) have been in the Alliance since about 2000, but the club has been running since at least the 70s, I think possibly late 60s. The name will continue as we're starting a veterans team on Saturdays, the old boys are more reliable than the youth, and the social side will be better. This season was a struggle, scraping 11/12 players most weeks, even with loads signed on. Managed to complete the season without folding though. I think a few of us will be joining Horse as we know some of them and they need players.

And before anyone else asks, no I'm afraid our pitch isn't available to anyone! A big loss to the league I know.

60's so the shorts were very short, and the hair was very long, i can believe how hard it must be to get hold of a university pitch these days.
